So, I just got up to close my bedroom window, took two steps, and rolled my left ankle. Hurts like a sumbitch AND I feel like a dope for rolling my ankle on a completely clean, flat floor.
Anyone else injured themselves in a stupid manner like this lately?

Nope... seems like you are the only person who ever injures themselves in a stupid manner.

I once walked into the thin end of a door (it was open) after trying to cross a room with the lights out.

I shot myself in the hand with a nailgun whilst aiming for my foot once. Oh, I felt like such a dope!

In my last year of high school, I bent down to pick up a pen that I dropped and heard my knee pop. I thought it was nothing really, as it felt fine a few minutes later. But a few days after, I woke up and my knee was locked and I had to crawl out of my bed and find my mom to take me to the doctor.
I ended up messing up some cartilage and had to wear a big ass immobilizer on my leg for 2 weeks. Including having to wear it to the 2003 Survivor Series, where I thought they were going to make me take it off at the metal detector because it kept going off and they didn't seem to understand that there was metal on it.
I felt pretty dumb for causing all of this by just bending down to pick up a pen.

I cant think of any right now but I remember when my friend broke his hand punching the wall with padding on it. He loosened up his hand at the last second and thats what made it break. So yeah, that made me laugh...

A few days back on Christmas, I was walking towards the sliding glass door to look out her back porch at her dogs when I just rammed into it. Yeah, it was THAT clean......her parents just stood there looking at me. God, I feel so stupid......

Cut my knee up a bit running up a down escalator. Two years later, I got my fingertip caught between the panes of a window that I was opening. Although the good thing about that is it was the middle finger, so when they bandaged it all up...

I rolled/twisted my ankle on the stairway of my old house. I don't know if I was going up the stairs or down the stairs, but I knew I was walking back wards. I hesitated for some reason and I fell four or five steps. My ankle hurt like the dickens for two months and I used half of an old fishing pole like a cane. I didn't tell anyone until 2002.

playing hide and go seek earlier this year in someone's yard, and there was this part of the yard that was maybe an inch lower then the rest, and it was a gentle rolling downward slope, but for some reason I feel down while running into the hole.Twice.
But the only thing injured was my pride.

In my defense, I was sick as hell during this... but it was still embarrassing.
I was woken up from a dead sleep in my dorm room with a sudden need to get to the bathroom. Well, I stood up way too fast to the point where my vision was completely clouded over so I had to feel my way down the hall. I managed to find the bathroom, but misjudged the door.... clunked my head on it and next thing I know I'm waking up halfway in the bathroom, halfway out. What made it worse is I heard people coming in, so I grabbed the door handle pulled myself inside, slammed the door shut and tried to recover a bit.
