I forgot Gilmour. And I agree with your choice. For me, the solo doesn't have to be their most complicated to play to be the best. I like the ones that could take the place of a vocalist in a song. They don't actually say any words, but yet you get exactly what they're saying.

OK, fine, I GUESS the fact that his solo in "Time" MAY be better than either one in "Comfortably Numb" but get on YouTube, find a live version of "Comfortably Numb" and tell me that isn't amazing. He improvises half the bitch!
