Impact continues to underperform in Spike's target demographics. Yeah that's what i got from this too. They aren't losing viewers necessarily, but they aren't gaining any, especially where they need to.

How long have they been in this time slot? 5 months? Didn't I hear on this very board that, "oh when they get on a 9 pm, they are going to get higher ratinge like 1.3?"
