*WWE decided very recently to pull the trigger on the draft lottery. It had not been a long term plan for those wondering. WWE looked at the rosters and saw how thinned out they were in some areas, and realized they needed to shake things up. This is good from WWE's point of view just for the fact that they can wipe the slate clean as far as some storylines go without having to give any real explanation as to why things have ended.
*USA immediately agreed to give WWE a third hour on the 11th, as they know Raw usually equals ratings for them.
*WWE fully expected the reaction Cena got in Canada last night. They perceive Canada as bizarr-o world as it is. WWE booked the angle last night post Raw with Lashley laying out Cena for the fans in attendance, to give them what they wanted. No word on if there will ever be any follow up to it, but they have that footage now in case this is a direction they want to go with Lashley and Cena down the road.
*For those still curious about how Cena feels about the 50/50 crowds and not getting the reactions WWE would obviously prefer, everyone Dave talks to all say the same thing. He takes it in stride, he knows people don't like him, he realizes his own limitations, and he's totally fine with it. He absolutely loves the business, is a total professional, and he does a great job playing off of it with things like his promos always mentioning that he knows some don't like him. He's basically the anti-Batista who got the terrible reaction in Hammerstein and showed his true colors.
