Its still in effect, except for a few people who they let dress like their gimmick. Like, I know John Cena gets to dress like he does when he's on tv. I believe the Undertaker is exempt from the dress code as well.
When Vito was doing the dress gimmick, he wore the dress everywhere.
I think also that Eugene dresses about how you'd expect for someone with his gimmick when in public.
Theres probably more, but those are the ones I can think of.

I can't believe that Nick Dinsmore actually dresses like that 24/7. I just couldn't do that, you have to draw the line somewhere.

Boogeyman wears a black cloth over his face as we've seen. Gregory Helms does just enough to look like he's in dress code, but not really. The Hardyz on the other hand.....I think E just doesn't bother lol. They can understand how strange Jeff would look in a suit. 10 points to whoever photoshops this.

I wonder why they had this? What happen did someone walk in one day in assless chaps or something? Whenever a corporation wants to appear more professional without doing anything to actually improve it they enforce a dress code. It happened with my former employer to predictable results.

I wonder why they had this? What happen did someone walk in one day in assless chaps or something? No your story's a bit twisted. When Pat Patterson was "behind the scenes" assless chaps were the dress code. Some of the guys complained. Things were said, so on and so forth. A change had to be made.

I wonder why they had this? What happen did someone walk in one day in assless chaps or something? No, Johnny Stamboli was wearing a t-shirt that was inappropriate. I want to say it had nazi paraphenalia on it, but I may be confusing him with Ron Harris

More Johnny Ace brilliance. These guys have to sit on planes for hours at a time, which is already uncomfortable. Now, let's make them sit through said discomfort in incredibly uncomfortable clothes to boot.

I say it's OK to have a dress code to make the company look professional.
But the way it's in enforced is over the top. Like jet lagged wrestlers getting fines cause their ties are untied after long flights. I'm surprised no one has punched Johnny Ace in the face. How would you react after a long flight and some ass comes up to you treating you like dog shit.

I think it would be less comedic if they weren't wearing the hats but DAMN it's funny. Looks like a possible poster for an 80s cop movie...actually when i look at it that way it becomes slightly awesome yet still chuckle-worthy.
