what if, Heyman had been able to keep ECW afloat with a national TV deal?
With WCW gone, it would be WWE VS ECW.
Would there be a TNA? An ROH?
Who would be in it? Would Samoa Joe become Heyman's new Tazz?

ECW would never of been in the same league as the WWE imo, it seemed the higher it got the weaker it became. Its short life is its legacy, if it was forced to bloom it would of folded anyway I think.

the higher it got the weaker it became. Interesting observation. I think there'd still be a TNA even if ECW hadn't folded; Jeff Jarrett would need a place to wrestle, and his style didn't fit ECW. I've never even DREAMED of how awesome a Taz vs Samoa Joe match would be!

What if there was no Raven? Then Stevie Richards would probably go down in history as ECW's #1 promo guy.

I would think Rhino would had a big career and not been jobbed out like he was at the end of his WWE run. RVD would been world Champion I think sooner.
As for WCW being gone. I think it hard to tell who would gone were. Lance Storm I could see returning to ECW and getting a good push maybe a TV title run at the less and long maybe teaming with Credible again or having a feud like they started at the end of his run in ECW.
I could see a lot of the Crusierweights going to ECW or maybe WWE. hard to tell. Taz would still be in the WWE because he was gone a year before ECW went out. But Somoa Joe vs Taz would been awesome.

I don't think it ever would've been as big as WWE. Had ECW survived while WCW expired, ECW would basically be the alternative to WWE that TNA is today. The difference is, ECW would be respected.

What if there was no Raven? Somethings are neither fish nor fowl. Had Raven enver made it; with that said: the business would still be the same, maybe even a little better. Certanly not for the worst.

I think I agree with you, but I kind of reset the whole implication about TNA being disrespected. There are a lot of ways that TNA can improve, but on the whole, it is a much better product than anything that has come out of McMahonland in the last 6 or so years.

Depends on if he was able to pay his wrestlers still. Regardless of being on national TV, if he was using the money elsewhere, he'd still lose wrestlers. Lance Storm, The Dudleyz, Taz, Sabu, Raven, and Rob Van Dam all left before ECW went under. The only reason RVD came back at Guilty as Charged was because he knew it was the final ECW pay-per-view. Had the company not been going under, he'd have not come back at all.
So in essence, it still wouldn't have been very good.
