that makes the title truely a world title with the first non-North American to win the title.

I guess with TNA cracking down on their stars free lancing this isn't as big a surprise as I first thought.
Still, damn.

This finally makes the roh world title even more prestigious, instead of defending every show, it will become a draw to see the champ and challenger face off, giving title matches great intesinty, and better build up to title matches.

So, Homicide, after a year of wanting the belt wins it......then loses it a few weeks(months?) later?
When did Gabe take advice from Russo?

I'm thinking they're giving Joe the belt. I mean, he beat Morishima clean. And Joe's opponent for his final show is still unannounced.
Then hopefully a tournament after that to crown a new champion. I'm thinking a "Road to the Title-esque" tournament, finishing up with "Crowning a Champion 2"

More like Heyman, this is similar in some degree to Tommy Dreamer, who was in the company for many years, finally gets the ECW title and then loses it moments later to Justin Credible. But this is shocking, wow, damn.
