I like TNA. And I am really trying hard to love it. But for everything that's good theres usually something bad about it. Giving examples and actual things (not like "RUSSO BAD" "SHELLY GOOD") explain what you love and hate about the TNA product.
My Top 5 things about TNA: 1) The main eventers can be shuffled around endlessly. Who is Cage going to feud with after Angle? Joe? Rhino? Sting? Abyss? They have so many cemented main eventers in TNA and I love it whereas you need to pull a pin out of a haystack to find a credible world contender on RAW or ECW.
2) Sting vs. Abyss. I love this angle. Sting, the good guy, trying to get Abyss to think as his own man. What I hate is the background behind Abyss, and the fact that eventually he will go face and demask after this feud. I think the end should be that Abyss doesn't learn anything and stays with Mitchell the entire time. Abyss shouldn't get the Kane treatment.
3) Established characters. Christopher Daniels has an amazing character. Raven has a great character. Hell, even people without gimmicks like Joe and AJ seem to be great characters. None of them seem forced down our throats. And mind you a lot of these guys are fairly new. In other promotions it takes years to establish a character. Somehow it takes a few months in TNA.
4) Joe. Seriously, build the company around this man. Not only is he legit, he is legit looking and a bad muther shut your mouth. I'm not a workrate whore, and I prefer entertainment to straight up wrestling bouts, but what I see from Joe makes WWE seem like a circus compared to TNA. Stiff kicks, aerobatics and the muscle buster beat out a downed opponent (for minutes mind you) taking an elbow...and then losing because of it.
5) X-Division. No doubt. I don't need to explain this. TNA seems to have a great balance between their two seperate styles in which that you don't feel that one is drastically different than the other, meaning that neither diminishes the value of the other division, in terms of legitimacy.
Worst 5 Things about TNA 1) Screw job finishes. You only have an hour show, and it never really feels like it starts or finishes when you have so many undesisive matches.
2) Poor cuts. I hate when they cut out an entrance, or cut right to the ring where someone is magically there after a backstage promo. To me, it gives it a very cheap feel and makes the progression of the show out of wack. There are few transitions, and it makes it feel like an amateur's first movie.
3) Too many wacky skits. Eric Young having sex. VKM against VKM. These would all bode well on a 2 hour show, but you don't have that yet. Save the Russo creativity until it's needed. Right now you need to showcase the best of the brand in the hour you have, not take 40 minutes out of the show to develop useless feuds with guys who never wrestle on TV in crappy blow off matches at the PPV.
4) Too big a roster. Yeah, I said it. With the one hour they get, the roster is too big. They can cut the roster in half and you wouldn't notice the difference. Yet they cut costs elsewhere? Why the hell are Shark Boy and Smiley still employed? And Backland!?!?
5) The X-Division. Need I say more? Nash has turned it into a joke. The guys vying for the title went from silent but deadly athletes to guys with joke gimmicks. Sure, it's ok to establish them. Look at AJ and Daniels, Lynn and Senshi. They are legit guys who can go for the title. But Shelly, Starr and the Nashettes? They are nothing more than jokes now. They need to bring the X Division back up to the legitimacy it just recently lost, by having longer (and more) X Division matches and the Ultimate X again.

i go from the worst to best.
1. Russotastic angles. dude, sabin in a diaper......crimminy
2. hypocracy. wasn;t VKM talking about how they wanted the goofy shit on raw to stop, and now it has and we have the big fat oily guy on there all the time.
3. the baseball thing. ok please stop.
4. unnessicary stabs at WWE. c'mon guys nothing makes you look more bush league.
5. lack of time in matches. the actual wrestling time has been cut in half. that needs to stop immediatly.
Best. start from the bottom.
5. history. TNA has been in a rut latley, but there history has proven the have the potential to be so awesome. WWE has been in a rut for the last 3 years and only now have started to dig there way out.
4. the x-division. the fact that WWE's cruiserweight division consits of matt hardy, JWY, and davari getting squashed sucks. i just like seeing low-ki and sonjay out there doing shit. i love it, in WWE it seems to toned down.
3. The alternative stars. I like how guys that i like are on top, Christian, Jarrett(yeah i like jarrett) Rhyno, Angle, Joe, AJ. i like that WWE doesn't changed there main eventers enough for it to seem progressive. at least TNA does the "Winner of This match will be number 1 contender" WWE needs to shake things around a bit
2. LAX. these guys kick ass.
1. Joe. honestly there has no been one wrestler i've ever watched, next to dean malenko that has made me wanna be a wrestler more than joe. and the reason i like joe is cause he's.......fat. i mean the dudes big. and its kinda a role model thing, like "wow i'm big (260, but still) and he can move like that. damn i wanna be like that.

5 Things I hate about TNA:
5) It went from being an Alternative to being a lot like WWE 4) AJ Styles getting so protectively booked, I hate that guy so much. 3) Hypocracy in TNA 2) The Impact Zone 1) The TnA-tards all over the internet and especially youtube, with their TNA IS THE FUTURES WWE WILL DIE BY NEXT YEAR IF THINGS KEEP GOING THE WAY THEY DO! LOLZ VINCE IZ GAY! TNA TNA TNA! Really the fans are so polarizing, like you can't like anything but TNA, and if you like WWE you're just immature and a jackass. WWE is dead long live TNA LOLZ! I hate TNA mostly because the fans make me want to puke.
Top 5 Reasons to like TNA 5) It's pro Wrestling 4) THe Paparazzi Productions segments are all awesom 3) LAX 2) Christian Cage promos, as a wrestler/main eventer I don't really dig him, but his promos are always class. 1) The wrestlers always try to put as much effort they can into a match.

5 Bad: 1) The Russo booking going on right now. Screwjob finishes in over 1/2 the matches, some of these skits with his fingerprints all over them, the sheer amount of angles they try to cram in one hour. 2) The lack of match time. Say what you want, but it's still WRESTLING. You need to have more than 6 and 1/2 minutes of total wrestling on your damn shows. I'm not having to ask for more comedy in a comedy, nor am I having to request more scary things in horror movies. Having to ask for some wrestling on a wrestling program isn't a good thing. 3) The complete hypocrisy of some of the things this company does. Buck Woodward took the time to figure this out, and TNA's damn Fat Oily Guy has actually gotten more total air time than WWE's Big Dick Johnson has. But no, it was all about mocking WWE with him right? 4) The iMPACT Zone. I defended them for a long while, but they've become a problem now. Now they've forced the company to pipe in some of the most blatant fake heat I've ever heard in wrestling. It sounds so awful. Even that brief "F VINCE RUSSO" chant that started up last night isn't changing my mind. 5) WWE-Lite. It's what they are now. How are they any kind of alternative? They have a different roster and a 6 sided ring. That's it. "We Are Wrestling" has become a laughable slogan. They aren't doing anything to distinguish themselves. 5 Good: 1) Samoa Joe. He's the man, and he should have been the man long before now. The best thing this company could do at Bound For Glory was Sting vs Jeff Jarrett? Samoa Joe is one of those guys who can make you seem different and make you seem like an alternative. I'm not upset about him not wrestling last night because he's still healing up, but he needs to be the champion before too long. 2) LAX. How anyone can have anything negative to say about this stable is beyond me. Vicious, aggressive, and really talented. That about covers all bases as far as I'm concerned. I don't know about this whole Latino Nation deal that debuted last night, but I'm hoping they keep it to last night. They shouldn't drop those titles for a loooooooong time to come. Quite frankly they are in their own league. 3) The X-Division. Whenever they are actually allowed to go out and perform anyway. The division has become very forgettable as of late however. I actually did just struggle to remember who the champion was at the moment. When they are allowed to do what they can, they are amazing. 2) Christian and his soon to be stable. Christian is awesome, and AJ Styles is right there with him. Let Tomko and Steiner be the backdrop and the muscle of the group, and this has the potential to be something special. 1) Potential. This company has a huge amount of potential to be great, but there is always something that seems to prevent it. This company for a while last year was a great deal more entertaining then WWE to me. Now it's sunk below WWECW. If this company can ever bring it all together and reach its' potential, it can be something special. Whether they ever do or not remains to be seen.

Best. 1. The X Division. When given the opportunity these guys can put on a show that would make anyone stand back and take notice.
2. Samoa Joe. This is the guy to build the company around. No doubt about it.
3. The six sided ring. Most people think it's a turnoff but if you really give it a chance it's actually kind of cool. It's different without being too far fetched.
4. Christian Cage. The perfect lure for the E marks. They know who he is and considering how popular he was in Vince McLand they'll still want to see him.
5. LAX. The perfect group of guys to give TNA a legitimate dangerous feel. Homicide is easily one of the most bankable stars going today.
Worst.
1. Russo. How does this guy keep getting hired? His story lines are idiotic, confusing, and they take far too much air time. He really doesn't help with TNA's image of trying to be WWE-lite, which brings me to...
2. WWE castoffs. Just because the E fired someone it doesn't mean you should pick 'em up. Some guys ain't just ain't a draw no more. Case in point, Steiner, Team 3-D, James Gang, Kevin Nash, Gayda, Tomko.
3. Don West. Jeebus Lord Gawd is this guy awful. I can see how new fans would turn the channel right away after one of his wonderful commentary gems. "UN-BEE-LEE-VA-BULL! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! DID YOU SEE THAT MIKE TENAY HE ALMOST GOT HISHEADKICKEDRIGHTOFFHISSHOULDERSTHISMATCHCOULBEOVERGAAAAAAAA!!!!GAAAAAAAAA!!!!GAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!"
4. One hour a week. With the roster they have of guys who can actually work it's a miracle if they get on tv at all. With a second hour they could get more guys over.
5. No Shark Boy. Yes, I'm serious. People love the guy even if he is just a jobber. If you're not selling Shark Boy masks by the crate then you're a moron.

Good: 1. Christian Cage is not only a main eventer, but he's world champ 2. LAX just being LAX 3. Samoa Joe just being Joe 4. The X-Division (at least until they were reduced to the PCS, sorry guys it sucks) 5. Guilty pleasures like Shark Boy and Norman Smiley
Bad: 1. Vince Russo 2. Vince Russo 3. Vince Russo 4. Vince Russo 5. Vince Russo and other WWE sloppy seconds

The Best
1. Potential competition. All bad writing aside, the TNA roster could produce some of the greatest wrestling on TV at this moment. You have at least six guys in the hunt for the world title that you can believe belong there. The X division was and can be great again, all that is needed are a few competition style matches maybe even a tournament, and it will return to greatness.
And sadly, nothing else to me matters. I can't justify 4 other things I like about the current TNA. The Roster is amazing and it seems that the wrestling in the show is being phased out, but I'll get to that in the next part.
The BLECH
5. The WWE reject marathon and their fueds with up North. You would think that having these guys on would boost the product. But it seems that they are stuck on what they used to do, not what they can do now. We see them as washed up old relics because that is what they keep reminding us they are. This tactic seems to just alienate the majority of the TNA audience. It also detracts them and limits who they can actually feud with. With turns them into a sinking liability. The truth is that these men are past their prime and should just find something else to do away from a show trying to keep a fan base.
4. Teney and West. I couldn't have picked a worse way to showcase TNA. Here you have a Home shopping loser and wrestling's know it all doing mutual admiration commentary. It's the same thing that kills the commentary on RAW, and it doesn't add anything to the matches. TNA needs a heel color man to at least try and promote the potential feuds in the ring. A guy who orgasms over a simple hurricuranna is not the right choice.
3. Less than 10 minutes of wrestling on a wrestling show? This has got to stop.
2. Nash's involvement in the X division. Everything about this just seems wrong. The man can't wrestle anymore, but why place him in a division to ruin the ones who can? Like has been said before he's destroyed the division's credibility and made it a joke. It's almost like he's being paid to ruin the only thing that makes TNA different and unique. I'm all for Nash working with TNA from the inside to make the show better, but he's not doing that. He's just being a goof.
1. Turning TNA into the WWE. Hiring Russo to create Attitude era story lines, more sketches and promos than wrestling, and the constant attempts at digging at your competition has made TNA almost unwatchable. People watch TNA for the differences to the monopoly up north. Now, you have old WWE guys taking the spotlight talking about WWE angles, and the TNA side of things tends to get forgotten. History is starting to repeat itself much like the fate of WCW. Fans know. They are screaming at TNA to hit the breaks before they collide with disaster. Hell, even guys like Lance Storm are taking time in their lives to write about it. It seems the only people who aren't paying attention are the ones who run TNA. Reassign Russo if you must keep him on to Character development. Have him work with some of the bland wrestlers who need to get recognized. Book a wrestling competition based show. Get favorite jobbers out there like Sharkboy. Let the story happen in the ring without the mic. Ignore the WWE. Forget about what they are doing, and focus on TNA business. If a wrestler wants to only talk about the past then get rid of them. Act like you are shaping the future of wrestling, and hire guys that can achieve that goal for you. Listen to your fans, chances are most of them have been watching wrestling long enough to know what they want and what you can give them based on what you have. We want you to succeed, but if you stay with this format we'll go somewhere else. It's just that simple.

Best: 1. Christian Cage- I didn't like Christian much when he was in WWE but E&C was great. Now that he's in TNA he's great. Plus he's the NWA World Heavyweight Champion. The Classic Champion. 2. Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle- TNA gave us wrestling fans what you've been wanting to see in 3 exciting and great matches. 3. Bob Backlund- I just hate Austin Starr. Plus he's funny. 4. Sting vs. Abyss- The best storyline I've ever seen in TNA. Its just great. 5. Lockdown- What a great concept for a PPV!
Worst: 1. Vince Russo- Need I say more? 2. VKM- Do I really need to tell you how bad this angle is? 3. LAX- This gimmick seems quites like the Nation of Domination group back in WWE. 4. X Division- They have Kevin Nash involved with it and its a joke. Out of AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, and Samoa Joe who are the 3 major stars of the X Division, only Daniels is involved with it and he hasn't been seen since Final Resolution. 5. PCS- Funny at some parts but it was just a bad idea.

Best The main event scene: The ME is actually exiting and the guys there feel like legit MErs, in WWE I usually tune out during Main events and only enjoy the undercard.
The undercard arent jobers to the stars: Say what you want about run ins, at least if we see a Christian vs Christopher Daniels match on Impact it gets stoped before it finishes and lets Daniels walk away with his dignity after puting a good ofence. In WWE you now the undercard guy would job clean to whoever was the current champ. Everyone can escaleta to ME statuss.
Joe: need I say more?
LAX: They are my favorite thing in wrestling in years.
The X Division: damn, this guys are flying all over the place doing things ive never seen before.
worst
Hypocrasy: "We are wrestling" my ass. they are as Sports Entretainment as WWE if not more. The thing is geting packed not just with reg storylines but with with jokey lead to nowhere segments including the naked fat oily guy they complained so much about.
Washed up has beens: Nothing wrong with geting former WWE guys if they are good for the product but why the hell are VKM still employed, Team 3D are not much better, Big Poppa Pump being brougth as a big deal advisor for Christian? give me a Break.
The Impact Zone Crowd: This crowd really pisses me off, I understand why they do impact there but they really need to start doing the PPVs out of there. That or hireing 10 bucks actors like WSX to fill up the first rows and have em react to Cheer and Jeer signs, even that would be bether than those morrons.
The fanboys: God this anti WWE, TNA does everything rigth people anoy me. If you are gona be an ass about how the product you like is so much beter at least pic one of the indies to do so, makes you look like less of an ass when the fat oily guy comes out.
Gimick matches: I like a few gimicks now and then but it feels now every single match has a gimick.

Best
1.LAX-They've come a long way ice jobbing to VKM and Bullet Bob. They truely are a different type of stable, and there matches (gimmick or not) are always entertaining. To me, they are what so many Anti-American stables should be. They don't talk about why their country(ies) are better than America, but they say wha's wrong with America, and they go out and do something about it. Plus, everytime they're put in a feud, they come off as being dangerous.
2.Christian Cage the heel champion- Christian had a nice feud with Abyss when he was a face that was pushed aside in favor of Jarrett/Sting. Since becoming a heel, Cage has cut some great promos, and has had some awesome matches (My favorite being the 8 Mile Street Fight).
3.Samoa Joe-I really don't think an explanation is needed for Joe. When he finally gets the World Title, I think you see TNA's greatest improvement.
4.Abyss/Sting- I personally like the power struggle between Mitchell and Sting for Abyss' mind (and the match last night was pretty good). Sure Abyss' secret sucked, but I like how the storyline has gone.
5.Rejuvination- Rhyno has had a string of very good matches since coming to TNA. Steiner has looked decent when he gets into the ring, Team 3D has looked better in their feud with LAX, Sting has looked decent even when fighting Jarrett (although they get hate for main eventing). Eventhough he's not old, Chris Sabin has done a great job as a heel.
Worst
1.Impact Zone-They are really starting to ruin shows becuse all they want to do anymore is act like assclowns.
2.Lack of tv time- one hour a week gives TNA very little time to develop storylines and have wrestling. Get a 2nd hour, and the complaining will definatly go down.
3.X Division- They've got the talent, but everybody is just there. I will give them credit for starting a Sabin/Lynn and Starr/Ki feud, but guys like Shelley,Lethal,Sonjay... they're just there.
4.Abyss vs. Sting- as much as I've liked the story line, ever since Abyss won the NWA Title, this is the only storyline that has been advanced on a weekly basis. You've got to give the other feuds more time or else no one will buy the PPVs.
5.Announce Team-Just like the Impact Zone; West and Tenay tend to ruin the shows at times since they don't know when to shut up, or what tone to take.

BAD:[/u] - Russo- At first I was all for him but, not any more. I watched Impact for the first time in a month last week and didn't feel like I had missed anything in a month or any reason to watch after.
- Name dropping: VKM calling out VKM, Michael Hickenbottom and, Paul Levaque to the bashing of ECW and WWE. I am just sick of it.
- X Division: What the hell is the point of it now?
- No mid card scene: This is more of a time issue but, without a mid card belt or feuds for them why should I care about the non Main Eventers in both the Heavyweight and X Division?
- Lack of wrestling. They have maybe 13 minutes of wrestling a week and it is in 2 matches (one 6 man tag and a main event match) and NONE of them ended cleanly.
GOOD:[/u] - Talent: Joe, Styles, Daniels, Hernandez, Homicide, Starr, Senshi are amazing wrestler and I love having (or use to have) the ability to see them wrestle for free.
- X-Division: Great concept and excellent wrestlers.
- Gives fans and wrestlers another choice on the national level.
- Six Sided Ring.
- Specialty matches and PPVs: Ultimate X, Six Sides of Steel, King of the Mountain and Monster's Ball are great matches and I love that Destination X, Lockdown and Slammiversary are (or were since it looks like Destination X has a new match) built around them.
