Seems like whenever there's a conversation between two guys as a promo, they're always interrupting each other, or they just seem uncomfortable during it.

Then it gets compounded by Tenay and West repeating EVERY WORD OF IT on commentary.
"AJ, you'll get a title shot"
YOU HEAR THAT MIKE CHRISTIAN WILL GIVE HIM A SHOT!
"Can I trust you Christian?"
OH NO ONE CAN TRUST CHRISTIAN, BUT MAYBE STYLES CAN?
"I have something to say"
OH HE HAS SOMETHING TO SAY HERE!
Shut the f*** up, and let the promos speak for themselves. JR and King do and only interrupt when they really have to get something over.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who noticed Mike Tenay's need to yell out something after every single line of a promo is uttered! I think Tenay's a great play-by-play guy, but I really wish sometimes him and West would just be quiet during promo and interview segments. That is the one thing WWE definitely is better at... the talking parts. WWE has been doing sports entertainment for so long, that they have it pretty much down to a science. The announcers know when to talk, and when to be quiet. TNA is still learning in this department.

(remembers West reading off cue cards during the Sting/Abyss brawl a few weeks back)

Maybe its not so much the wrestlers fault as it is the production department/announcers then? you're god damn right the fault is with them. i recorded the "This is TNA" special because i had to work, and i finally got around to watching it about two weeks ago. during the King of the Mountain match, Tenay and West kept talking about the Kurt Angle vs Samoa Joe match coming up in the special, which means they re-record the commentary for the show. despite already calling the match and thus already knowing the outcome, they were still shocked and confused when Earl Hebnar knocked over the ladder with Sting on it, allowing Jarrett to win.
