They need 2 hours. Christian as champ has been nothing but gold. They need to change something. Two hours of that dog crap... no thanks. Me and my dad usually watch wrestling on the weekend... I mean we even enjoy ECW. But then we flicked on iMPACT! to see a guy with a patch chasing after a cowboy and a black girl rolling around with an Asian girl. We quickly turned the channel.

The IWC makes up a small portion of the overall audiance. The numbers don't lie Imact has gotten more viewers in the last year. If this keeps up maybe they'll be doing 2's by 2009. Once again allow me to indulge myself as a TNA mark; that said to all the TNA detractors in here who post things that suggest TNA is about to go under...NANANa booBoo! poetic, and it does not matter if they pull 5-6es, if they cant make a profit.

So...you changed the channel because an angle was going on? Interesting. Anyway, no, ratings don't go down whenever the IWC is happy. WWF's greatest stretch was from about 2000-2001 (before the whole Invasion thing fell flat on it's face), and they were pulling some of their greatest all time numbers while pushing guys like Angle, Benoit, a younger, more interesting Trips, Jericho, et. al.

Wrestling Law #34: When the IWC is happy, the rating dips. Most of the IWC is happy with WWE currently, and, if I'm not mistaken, their ratings are slightly up?

I thought SD was the only decent show recently. Ah, probably the Wrestlemania-push boost that always bumps the shows up a bit in quality during March.

Ah, probably the Wrestlemania-push boost that always bumps the shows up a bit in quality during March. Well, I never said the IWC was ecstatic about all three shows or anything, just that they think the quality is better than it was--with SmackDown as the best. Yea, it's mostly due to the WM buildup, but I was only trying to call out a flawed blanket comment.

Yeah they got a 1.0 but it went 1.04 at one point to a .60? Thats not good at all. No, I think the first four ratings 1.03, .93, .91, 1.04 are TNA's. As the quarter hours title says the ratings are for Impact and Pro's vs Joes.
