There is a lot of negativity towards Batista right now from the Smackdown crew. There is tremendous resentment of him from many in the locker room, some of which he had from day one due to negative things he said about Smackdown while he was on the Raw roster.
Some feel that Batista was a guy hand-picked for stardom by Jim Cornette and Vince McMahon based off his physique alone, who doesn’t have passion for wrestling that the Benoit and Mysterio types have. Most within the company attribute his popularity with fans to the rub he got from HHH and Ric Flair. The feeling backstage is that they are lucky crowds haven’t completely turned on him already.
Kurt Angle made himself the first to publicly bash Batista when in a recent interview with Live Audio Wrestling he said that Batista is simply “horrible.”
I know there alot of "backstage heat" stories but this seems legitmite and I don't think Batista has much more time being a top face on Smackdown and it's obvious they are grooming Lashley(or "Lindsey") for that.

Right now I'd say Batista gets less boos than Lashley, so good luck with that.

I think WWE will be making the decision to move Batista back over to RAW soon.
His popularity, while still strong, hasn't been the same since his untimely injury and it's not a good sign for the man who's supposed to be carrying SmackDown. Ultimately, I think Lashley will be moved to SmackDown to have the role of the top face there, and Batista will be a strong upper-carder/main eventer on RAW. God knows who's going to be on top in ECW, things change on a weekly basis there.

...
I really don't know which stories to believe. However, I know that Batista got into a fight with Booker though, so I am willing to guess that he isn't the most popular guy in the world and from poor performances at PPV (Rumble, anyone) know he isn't a good wrestler, which could cause some distain.
So while it may not be 100% true, I wouldn't be surprised if most of it was.

Also, CM Punk has a lot of backstage heat 'cause he turned up the heater in the dressing room raising the heating bill substantially.

Isn't this rather old news? It is kind of. But it's also news because it seems like the citicism of Batista is getting louder so that makes in new.

Batista is garbage.
My prediction that the "penciled in" Batista Mania win will be erased is unfolding perfectly

I can't wait for him to be released on bad terms just so they can take endless cheap shots at him like they do with Lesnar, Goldberg, Warrior, etc.
"Batista (or Dave, what an intimidating name) was another in a long line of underachieving, oft-injured, selfish Superstars to compete in a WWE ring. His wrestling skills weren't much to talk about either, as his constant dedication to shooting his mouth off left him little time to learn how to actually wrestle a decent match. His failure to even execute his own finishing move properly (on a mere 240-pound King Booker, no less) is one of the staples of his joke of a WWE career."

The thing of it is, I don't really hate Batista. I just think he's gotten too comfortable in his role.

Also, CM Punk has a lot of backstage heat 'cause he turned up the heater in the dressing room raising the heating bill substantially. That's already been said here before. He has heat now because whine about there only being Coke backstage and no Pepsi. So when they finally bought Pepsi, it was Diet Pepsi just so they could stick it to him

This has to do with a SD! star: Yeah but JBL had a good workrate and is much more entertaining than Big Dave.

Backstage heat, huh? Expect a title win and a winning streak.

This has to do with a SD! star: I give him the GAB in Vancouver. That's just retarded. But not liking a guy because he doesn't drink? That's approaching Frank Booth levels of mania right there.

But not liking a guy because he doesn't drink? That's approaching Frank Booth levels of mania right there. Hey, I think that means JBL doesn't like CM PUNK either! He's obviously responsible for whatever backstage heat and other crap Punk has been getting! It all makes sense now! That damn JBL, trying to hold a young guy down just because he's straight-edge! ...and no, this is most certainly not a serious post.
