Both PPV's that I've went to in 2004 and 2006, it was the first 5 rows.

At Unforgiven in Sept I seen 5 rows of them. People left thier chairs behind and I was going to snag one, but someone else tried and security wouldnt let them.

or you could buy one from wwe auctions for like 300 (do people really buy those for that much? i wouldn't even buy it if it was signed by all the wrestlers)

I didn't even know there were chairs you could take, what's this about?
Just a plastic chair that you can take with you if you want?

At Vengance 05' it was the first four rows. I still have mine but my friend sold his to someone outside of the show for 75$ (it was in Vegas, and he needed some extra cash as lady luck was hard on him that trip.)

Nah, its a nice metal folding chair with a padded seat and back, and the PPV name and promo pic on it. (Mine has HHH and Batista on it, with the Hell in the Cell in the background)

I have a KOTR99 chair. I entered a contest where 1st prize was 2 tickets to WM 16, 2nd prize was a leather WWF jacket, and 3rd was the chair...I got 3rd.

I assume that unless they announce somewhere that you can take the chair with you that some people within the first couple of rows don't know about it. Sometimes people in the first sets of rows at a major pay per view event aren't even diehard wrestling fans. A lot of times they get tickets from a company they work for, promotions, or just happen to win a local contest.

Everytime I go to an event and see people leaving with their chairs, I always want to puch someone over, grab their chair and run

I have one from this years cyber sunday. A good portion of the floor had them available, and there is a large notice taped to them letting you know the procedure to get the chairs out. There pretty nice chairs. I would imagine a big event like Mania there will be a ton of chairs given away. Mine BTW has Maria on it, so that's always nice...

Does security stop you if you try to take more than one chair ?

i went to judgment day 2002 and first 5 rows were the souvenir chair but i had row 7. The thing about it was that the chairs were all hooked together and people in the first 5 rows had to take their ticket stub outside of the arena to pick up their chair.

at no mercy security checked your ticket to make sure u were in the section with the special chair. we just unhooked the chairs and showed our tickets to security. some people with the non-floor seats tried to take seats left behind. they didnt get too far.
