The Boogeyman, who comes from the bottomless pit, had kidnapped Irish wrestler Finlay's leprechaun, known as Little Bastard, in order to distract him and allow the US champion Chris Beniot to get a roll up victory. Do you understand?

I think the title:
"Explain this to someone who IS a wrestling fan"
would be just as inexplicable!

Well you see old chap. This Darth Maul esque fellow here is what we call 'The Boogeyman'. He kinda does a dance yes. But he mainly eats worms. Stay with me. Stay with me. This man is a monster of sorts. He terrorises his opponents so much that they are often defenseless when they get to his match and they end quickly. This is a somewhat good thing as he's terrible in the ring, though sadly it's better wrestlers that suffer. (Drinks some wine) Now this short chap is who we call Little Bastard. Yes, Bastard. He's a leprechaun you see. He dosn't wrestle as such but is more of a distraction and/or ally of the irish wrestler Fit Finlay. You see, he's irish, that's why he's a leprechaun. One of the commentator's are afraid of him, as are most managers and valets. The other commentator is amused by him, while the wrestlers consider him an annoyance. (Smokes from his posh pipe) Quite. Now in this scenario, Mr. Boogeyman is kidnapping this Bastard from underneath the ring. He lives there you know. Seeing his only ally in danger, Finlay is distracted and as such, the match is cost and Mr. Finlay looses, setting up a feud of sorts between the two. Finlay will most likely loose, and the fans who enjoy the wrestling ability of Finlay, which can be summed up as smarks, will be angered by this, while the ones who love the Boogeyman's antics will be happy that another villionous rouge has been bested by this comical freak of nature. (Recline's in his chair) The white stuff in Mr. Boogeyman's mouth you say? How old are you two? 8? Well then, be on your way young ones, as that is a story for another day.

This ceremonial MesoAmerican Warrior known collectively as "Boogeyman" is taking a small Irishman, the local "Lil Bastard," to be sacrificed to the god Quetzacoatl. And they would believe it, too.

The Boogeyman is Kidnapping Little Bastard, Finlay's leperchan in order to promote a storyline. If the non fan doesn't understand that, tough crap

After the XFL didn't work out, Vince finally realised the venture outside of wrestling that could succeed - XTREME MIDGET THROWING (XMT if you will)!
Or you could say that the Boogeyman, a strange fellow who eats worms and smashes clocks on his head, is holding Little Bastard, Finlay's leprechaun sidekick.

.... um yeah. At the last UN conferance the ambasidor from Ireland and the ambasidor from an demonic looking African tribe had a minor disagreement.

The white stuff in Mr. Boogeyman's mouth you say? How old are you two? 8? Well then, be on your way young ones, as that is a story for another day. I think shall go ahead and field the last inquiry, Sharpy ol' boy...*AHEM*...you see, ladies and gentlemen...the white stuff is not the culmination of a backstage rendezvous with one Pat Patterson as one would think...although if Sylvan Grenier were to be walking around like that, one would think otherwise, aye, guvnah? *wink wink nudge nudge* *hearty chuckle* But seriously...that is the result of a certain parlor trick used by scalawags who wish to appear like they have contracted rabies...but in actuality, it's merely one more tablets of bicarbonate soda...perhaps Alka Seltzer. Certainly does give off the effect, does it not? All righty now...run along...come back when you have more questions.

I would look at the picture, then immediately put in an ROH DVD to show that not all wrestling is this nonsensical and stupid.

Non-wrestling fans would say the darnest things:
NWF 1: That looks like an act from a circus.
NWF 2: Mommy, that man is kidnapping that kid!
NWF 3: Damn trick-o-treaters!

"Its wrestling Its not meant to make sense. Hey look its Dave Finlay" which after that gives her something to talk about going how she saw Finlay wrestling in Blackpool

It should be obvious.
It's a time tested classic maneuver to obtain a pinfall in wrestling, involve midgets, eat a lot of worms and engage in kidnapping.
Wasn't that what Angle did in the Olympic semifinals?
