I mean you hear rumors of HHH burying people, or supposedly not putting them over, and yet he and Flair put Orton and Batista on the map and made one of them a Bona Fide Star and what happens.
Sure one guy's the champ, but he lost all his steam and appeal, constantly get's himself injured, pissing people off left and right, supposedly has no passion, and his matches are getting crappier and crappier.
Wait am I talking about Orton or Batista?
Well I know that he kind "sabatoged" Orton, but still despite the botch title run and lame face run, you can't blame HHH for huge douche-bagginess of the real life Randy Orton.

I thought Orton was having good matches. I mean I'm biased, but he's been a pretty consistent performer. Whenever anybody says "the crap matches of randy orton" I'd like to ask them to name a few. Cause I can't think of any truly bad ones.

HHH is good friends with Batista, so therefor he is probably thrilled he's been as successful as he has.
Rumors are just rumors. If someone doesn't like a certain guy they can start posting things about how he doesn't have passion or whatever and people read it as if its the truth.
I happen to like Batista. From the moment he debuted I always felt he was championship material. He has the look and charisma that most guys don't have. Is he the best in ring performer? No. But neither was Kevin Nash, Psycho Sid, and a ton of other big men who were champions before him.

Charisma?!
What Charisma? Ever since he has come back he has actually lost charisma which is saying alot! Plus I demand an apology for demeaning Nash and Sid like that! To even compare them is shameful! They were power wrestlers who made there offense look decent have you seen Batista lately there is nothing powerful about him. His strikes look so weak that don't look like they hurt and last night the powerbomb he did looked like it hurt him more than Batista. If he wasn't the world champion he would have severly de-pushed. I use to defend Batista and not treat him badly but since he came back there is no justifing this guy. He has lost it I mean Warrior looked better than this guy and I want a world Champion I can at least respect so I'm hoping for a Undertaker or Mr. Kennedy Title reign in the very near future.

Backlash EDIT: Whoops I forgot about Vengeance...I shoulda remember Orton finally effed up to the point that they suspended him for 30 days.

You must mean Vengance. I thought that match was perfectly fine. I don't know if other people hated it though.

While Batista is just getting old! I see a bright future for Randall but not for Dave.

He should be proud of himself for turning two nothings into stars. You guys might not like either of them, but they are over for the time being. Batista is a respectable draw in regard to the Smackdown brand and Orton is obviously a major part of the future.
Nothing to really be upset about.

Batista is a respectable draw that is true, but how much longer will he be? hes only 2-3 years younger then undertaker, how much steam does he really have left?

I always though Batista was pretty good, we've just gotten used to him though. that's all. It can damage any wrestler.

Might as well ride it until the wheels fall off, I guess. I don't see them building Smackdown around Batista for much longer, but they sure can't build it around Undertaker either. I'm almost certain that Batista will turn heel sometime mid 2007 and freshen himself up a bit. I can't see him being a permanent fixture in the title scene, but I also can't picture him as a midcarder. I expect the same things out of him that we saw from Sid. He'll be in the main event for as long as he is around, then he'll be done. I can't see him moving back down the card and actually having a purpose.
