rko v. DX looked like it was starting to turn there... than HHH messed everything up. Anyways, all the feuds right now have people not even like fighting each other. After Wrestlemania though, I think Orton v. Edge could be able to turn into this

Though I dont know if there are enough fans with the attention span for it no, nothing that goes on for that long under the current fanbase WWE has now but in years in WWE, there has been no memorable feuds/rivalry I think the only thing I can conjure up in recent memory was Edge vs. Cena last year |

And I miss when being Intercontinental champion meant something besides "best midcarder." So give me a Snake-Savage feud, but I'll also take a Santana-Valentine feud, too. |

Before the safe style, WWE wrestlers were able to be unique with their moves. Nowadays they are basically do the same stuff. I can see the reasoning behind safe style, but I think people are going to get injured no matter what. I really miss moves like the DVD, which when done correctly aren't that dififcult to protect the opponent.
I agree that I wish WM did have a bloody feud to be settled. Last year we got Edge-Foley which I still mark out for a year later.

I don't think they really tried to make a long feud, exactly, but just didn't have anything better to do. Having a prolonged feud is possible, but they just did "Edge vs Cena!" way too often without varying it up. Also, you knew that Edge would never ever ever win cleanly, although I suppose he did get much closer than anyone else ever in that regard. |
