In love watching wrestling, but to be one, you have to worry about some idiot like Holly stiffing you, 'Taker's court', JBL's homoerotic games, or 'getting backstage heat' for unexplained reasons.

Very true. Honestly, Saturn was probably the worst of the Radicalz, but then this is a group that had Malenko, Benoit, and Guerrero on the team. Saturn was pretty damn kickass in his own right, but I think he was kind of overshadowed by having those three, plus Jericho on the roster. I realize he wasn't a world title caliber guy, but he could have made a terrific U.S/IC champion in either WCW or the WWF Indeed. Easily IC title worthy.

He was very heavy handed with the jobber. There was no need for that from Saturn. Even the best wrestlers make mistakes (Owen Hart anyone?) I think he was also pissed that he fell over when he attempted to kick Mike Bell. ;D

I think Saturn's actions were wrong......very wrong. However, the actions are no worse than anything Hardcore Holly does.

Maybe WWE didn't want to give Holly a stupid gimmick after what happened with Saturn. Punishment obviously backfired there. In today's wrestling environment though, Sparky Plugg could have been brought in to quite a reception...

Didn't Saturn also get concussion from the APA as punishment for this incident?

When you train people at a job, it's because they're new employees. Mike Bell was no new employee since he's been wrestling since the early 90's and could've broke Saturns neck with a simple move. OK. So let's just go and try to break his neck then. That's the professional thing to do. You've convinced me.

Are you kidding me? Saturn is GOD.

Looked like he started to stiff him a bit that didn't look that bad. He threw him out of the ring-that happens all the time. Mike Bell is clumsy, he bothed the arm drag twice and his fall threw the ropes. Ramming him into the steps would hurt but it won't cause injury.

Hey, hey now, everyone. Before you all start trashing the good name of Perry Saturn, remember that this was the guy that no-sold f***ing gunshots to the neck and saved a woman from being raped.

Where did Saturn try to break his neck, the guy doesn't even know how to fall out of ring properly, I don't think that's Saturn's fault. The only thing he did on purpose was ram him into the steps which at worst would cause a few bumps and bruises and even throwing someone into steps properly is likely to cause bumps and bruises.

You're right, you really did convince me. The next time someone bumps into me in the hall, I'm going to turn around and shove them down a flight of stairs. They'll deserve it.

You're missing the point, guy. One person's mistake does not justify another person's deliberate actions. He dropped Saturn on his head by mistake. I said myself that it was an offense that he should have been fired for. But it does not justify Saturn's deliberate attempt to harm him. Neither guy's neck was broken. Both of theirs could have. But one act was an error and the other was deliberate.

You can't fire someone who isn't under contract, I'm sure he probably hasn't had another tryout or jobber match since. Wrestling is a business different than most, if someone is unsafe in the ring like Mike Bell was, you have to show them you're not going to stand for that or let them risk your life again which is what Saturn was doing, he wasn't going to let some no-name life long sloppy jobber end his career and take liberties with him.

I can't believe people make a big deal about this. The conchairto RKO gave to Ric Flair was worse. That could've caused brain damage or even death. Or what about the people Undertaker has buried alive? Those people had families damn it!

OK. Next time you get into a car accident that is not your fault, back up your car and ram the other guy's a few times. I'm sure the police won't mind because you're just showing him who's road it is.

I'm sure the police won't mind because you're just showing him who's road it is. I was actually just in a car accident, though I wasn't driving. But you know, the roads of america and 2 people in a wrestling ring are very similar. So, you're saying if say your mother was in a car accident, you wouldn't want to beat up the driver, or you wouldn't wish harm on him?

Of course I would want to. But I wouldn't. Get it yet? I get it, I just don't agree. Also, um, what's in like up there, on that high horse? I'm really sick of the sarcastic reply to valid arguments. By any chance are you Mike Bell? Since you seem to be defending him quite a bit.
