Due to no sports on last night, I actually caught ECW for once as well. I enjoyed the show (although I did miss Lashley).
Punk/Richards was a solid bout and most of all, I liked Snitsky's new look. He's kind of a throwback to a bruising brawler-type character. The main-event was also fun.
On the bad side of things: why exactly are the originals and new breed fighting? With Lashley the perma-champion, it's not like they're fighting over the top spot in the company. Storyline wise, it just doesn't make sense.

Come to think of it, Macho Man might have been Rash. It'd explain his voice. If Super-Lashley was actually a selectable character, perhaps I could have actually beaten the speeder bike level. HARDEST GAME EVER.

Yeah the finish didn't sit right with me, it looked like someone was going to break up the pin but no. Then all the New Breed, especially Elijah, just magically stop selling the beating they received during the match. Yeah that pissed me off too. Hell, STRIKER remembered to sell the fact he had just had the crap beaten out of him in a hardcore match somewhat, meanwhile Elijah's like "No I clearly didn't have a chair dropkicked into my face, no siree". Don't get me started on Thorne either. He should've been staggering from the beating he took at the end of that match. Other than that I thought the match was great, and I shouted like crazy at my screen when Burke put Sabu through the table. I don't know why it just looked vicious him delivering a double knee strike to Sabu and Sabu crashing headfirst through the table. Burke did sell that chair to the face. He spent a large amount of time out of the match. Hell, he stayed stuck in the tree of woe for at least 2-3 minutes after the spot. His finisher on Sabu was the first move he had done for at least 6 minutes. I'm more than cool with that. Oh, and Thorne is supposed to be tough because he thinks he's undead like the UT is. UT is a zombie, while Thorne is a vampire, right?

I saw nothing wrong with Thorn's selling. After the match he hobbled around and when the announcer said, "Your winners, the New Breed," or something like that, he started around the ring and smiled.
In the amazing world that is kaybefae, he was just glad the fricking match was over...and he got to be part of the win. Made sense to me.

All in all, when it was said and done, I wondered how come this was on Tuesday and the regular 8-man was at Wrestlemania. Exactly. I guess they didn't want it outshining MITB

I'd say move Expose to RAW or SD!. They aren't needed in a one hour show. Hell no! I don't watch ECW so I don't get to see any of it's good points.........I don't want to see anymore of it's bad points on RAW or Smackdown

All in all, when it was said and done, I wondered how come this was on Tuesday and the regular 8-man was at Wrestlemania. I think it might be to show to people that didn't watch the original ECW that the Originals can actually wrestle (and do it on the biggest stage of them all) and the one last night was to show people that the New Breed can wrestle "ECW Style".
