In regards to Mick's Make-A-Wish surprise next week, I don't know why, it might be the way they advertised it on the show last night, but I have this bad feeling that they're going to do something terrible next week, like have Vince come out and bully some kid with cancer because he's bald from chemotherapy, or have Umaga destroy someone. I pray to god it's not the case, but I just have this horrible feeling about it. I hope Mick would know better than to get involved with something like that. Chainsaw, if you're the sensitive type, I'd start investing in Kleenex right now. 1 ) The "bald McMahon" storyline means Vince is going to be in a "bad mood". 2 ) This is the same company that used one of its greatest and most dedicated wrestlers in tasteless storylines after he died. 3 ) It's the Double Double E. Why would they highlight something like that UNLESS it's going to be worked? I agree, I wouldn't put it past WWE to do something stupid. And if they did, I'll just pretend it never happened. Problem solved.

Man I've been thinking this should happen so WWE could get more shame thrown on them. You know they love exploiting people and they take any oppurtunity at doing so. Maybe making people vomit in there mouths and stop watching would teach them a lesson.

The thought never crossed my mind, this is a serious thing they're doing, and even if the E had that idea, they'd have to clear it with the kid, his family, AND Make A Wish-and they wouldn't go for that at all, that would make them look like totall assholes as well-this will be a very touching segment I'd say, and it's about time they do something nice for a change, instead of just when we lose a wrestler.
BTW are we really buying this stuff about Foley getting heat for his book, he cleared everything with Vince, after all

Like I said you never know with McMahon. He found necrophilia funny, so who knows.

I would mark out if Umaga squashed a cancer patient.
And it wouldn't be tasteless, because wrestling is pre-determined, and obviously the recipient in question would be a volunteer.

Why do you think Michael Jackson gets to sleep with boys? Their parents are getting paid off.

I understand your point and realize you're not comparing the two, but c'mon, the WWE is a publicly traded company, they're not paying parents of a kid to sacrifice their cancer-ridden child for an angle, they're just not. I'm amused by the "It wouldn't surprise me because it's the WWE" line, as if they're known to have participated in 9/11 or something. Do people honestly think the WWE is capable of such things, just because they don't push your favorite wrestler or whatever you think their evils are?

Please as said before they fleeced GLAAD, why wouldn't they do something unclassy as this. They also wanted to exploit Owen Hart's death by making The Bulldog world champion as a surrogate and actually did that wiith Eddie Guerrero and Rey being the fill in for Eddie just sickening. So why wouldn't they do this to Make-A-Wish? You're acting like WWE never did this before?

People always bring up the Eddie thing, as if they were somehow friends with him and the people actually participating in the angle weren't. Using a dead wrestler to try to give an angle more heat and forcing a living non-wrestler cancer patient into an angle are two COMPLETELY different things.

But it shows WWE shows no compassion for the hummanity and uses contraversial angles to try to generate intreast. Again Katie Vick. They wanted to do an incest angle. Stuff that the majority of people find disgusting to generate "cheap heat" which I find wrong, oh and didn't Vince already push a "make a wish kid" down stairs because they liked DX? So yeah Mocking cancer patients, I can see that happening.

If you still think that would be tasteless, along with the other stuff you cited, that's fine, everyone has their own level of sensitivity, but I'm surprised you could be a WWE fan if you find it that disgusting. I actually wish it was even more over the top.

But I look at wrestling as something of a sketch comedy show with legitimate athletes. I know others don't view it the same way, I'm not saying I'm right.
