Bob Holly just did an interview the other day where he said that "it isn't my talent or crowd reactions that leaves me off of Wrestlemania, it is the fact that there is someone in the back who doesn't like me," or something like that. I'd imagine a bunch of guys feel pushed aside this time of year, much like Booker not having a match at Wrestlemania 21 and Flair not having a match this year. It sucks, but when Bob freakin Holly thinks he deserves a spot with guys like Flair, Carlito, Shelton, Nitro, etc are left off the card, I'm sure many people feel the same way.

By: Bob Ryder 3/31/2007 8:39:14 AM comments he made to the Ottawa Sun/Slam! Wrestling. I'm not going to cry or be bitter, there's always next year ... and I don't want to get fired. LOL, kind of ironic, no?

The crowd hates him being a babyface too, because he gets Conwayed every time.

I think its a work. Nice one so far. The quotes seemed "well written" not like "off the cuff" griping. loved the hair bit at the end. <quietly marks for the return of the cabana>

Hell I'm kinda annoyed Carlito and Flair are left off the televised card, it would be one thing if they had the rumored tagteam battleroyal on the main card, but I guess with out MNM it loses its main heel team.
Carlito is still a great charater he's done two things in the last couple months, i really enjoyed one was the almost shoot comments on the Vince McMahon's Rosey vs. Donald match, which was forgotten about the next week, and of course the great promo by Flair on Carlito. Which could of lead to a great fued between the two. I dont think Carlito has to turn heel to be enjoyable but they need to use him a whole lot better.
Plus if MitB is gonna be a clusterf*** with 8 guys, why not add two more, or just replace Edge and Orton with Carlito/Flair.

I stand corrected then. I read someone else's version of it, but I oculd have sworn it mentioned someone in the back not liking him. I didn't read the article though, so I believe you more than me.

gotta be a work, just look at how he says it. Anyone would be laughed out the lockerroom for saying Flair isn't better then they are

Anyone would be laughed out the lockerroom for saying Flair isn't better then they are I think towards the end, he realised he'd said something out of line and went back in kayfabe mode. I don't think they would tell him to trash wwe, just for storyline purposes.

Coming soon to TNA: Cool Carribean Carl! Since Carlito is his real first name, I think he could still use that. Actually, he'd probably just use his real name, Carlito Colon, and unlike WWE, TNA would probably play up his family name.

Then he would promptly be jobbed out to Steiner, Abyss, Jarrett, and Mike Tenay, just for kicks

The problem with WWE isn't that they aren't booking people for WrestleMania. The problem is the roster is too damn big.
Take a look: (Out of the Active Men's Roster)
Wrestling at WM (26) HBK, Cena, Batista, Taker, Umaga, Lashley, Khali, Kane, RVD, Sandman, Dreamer, Sabu, Burke, Thorn, Corvon, Striker, Edge, Orton, Jeff, Matt, Booker, Finlay, Kennedy, Punk, Benoit, MVP,
Not Wrestling at Mania (38) Carlito, Haas, Masters, Eugene, Duggan, Nitro, JTG, Kenny, Cade, Flair, Rory, Robbie, Shad, Shelton, Super Crazy, Murdoch, Venis, Boogeyman, Kendrick, Chavo, Davari, Dave Taylor, Deuce, Domino, Funaki, Helms, Noble, Yang, Miz, London, Scotty, Moore, Regal, Balls, Holly, Guido, Knox, Snitsky, Richards.

He should be more upset that he's just a failed attempt to recreate Razor Ramon....or maybe he hasn't realized that yet.
