Michael Landsburg came off as sort of a tool. He pressed on things that Bischoff obviously wasn't going to comment on. But it's interesting to hear his take. Someone is going to have to push him on the repedative Nitros and such mistakes. Though I agree the change in culture at Turner was a huge issue, WCW was a mess and all that Bischoff really did was put the mess under a rug.
What I really want to know is that before Vince bought WCW WCW.com announced that Fuscient Media Ventures purchased the company, and Bischoff appeared via telephone to let everyone know he was back, and even appeared on the final Nitro. How was he able to make those appearances in a company he wasn't a part of?

I watched the entire interview. Does everyone not notice that this is over 3 years old by now? I think he was fresh with the WWE at the time. Neither one sounded smug or like an arse in my opinion. I've read Hogans, Austins, Flairs, Pipers, and Foleys books. While only Hogan seems to have a flattering opinion of him, they all pretty much point out that it was the company that took the downfall as soon as the merged. I don't think it was Bisch's fault. I will get his book soon and read his opinion. I think he is similiar to a football head coach who also wants to be the GM of the team. It rarely works out well in the end. Vincent K. has an entire staff to run his organization with him having the final say. Bisch could sign anyone to a huge contract but then he had to deal with their personalities as well. He was in a no win situation.
