Wrestling Observer
There is a section on WWE.com listing the 10 wildest stars ever in history, and Umaga comes in at number two. WWE seems to be taking a dig at TNA wrestler Samoa Joe with the following line in Umaga's description:
"Hailing from the Isle of Samoa, WWE.com's No. 2 Wildest Superstar is far from any average Joe; he’s a savage of the highest order. His power is fierce, his fury explosive. Reasoning with him is useless."
I personally think they're reading into it too much, but that's just me.

If Joe was in WWE previously and well-known to WWE fans that might be a shot at him, but I'm certain that there was no real malice behind it.

Even if it is, hardly seems worth mentioning in the observer.
Slow news day I guess.

Yeah I wouldn't call this a shot at Joe. I mean, Samoa Joe's not even SUPPOSED to be a savage Samoan character.
Besides, it's clearly a shot against Just Joe the backstage informant.

Wow, so it's like average joe as in Samoa Joe's average and fails in comparison to the brutal savage Umaga and thus TNA is inferior to WWE. That is a reach. Still, I wouldn't put it past them.

I'd say it was more of just a subtle inside joke really. If anything.

I disagree, Vince has taken shots at TNA in the past, and so has Jim Ross. Heck, they prevented Lesnar from going there.

WWE not one to take shots with a pellet gun, so I really doubt this is anything.

I love TNA, and even I think they're reading too much into this.
