Well folks, here's what I would book.
Pre-Show matches - Eugene vs Val Venis vs Funaki - Stevie Richards vs Nunzio in an ignored ECW Originals match Main Card - The debuting That 70's Team vs Londrick vs Deuce & Domino for the WWE Tag titles - Ladder match for Cruiserweight title- Chavo Guerrero vs Jimmy Wang Yang vs Shannon Moore vs Jamie Noble - Balls Mahoney vs Sandman vs Rob Van Dam in Extreme Rules - Kevin Thorn vs Matt Striker vs CM Punk vs Elijah Burke - The Hardy Boyz vs Johnny Nitro and the debuting Christian York for the World Tag Team Titles - William Regal & Dave Taylor vs Chris Benoit & a returning Dean Malenko in a tag team submission match Main Event- Mr McMahon vs Tommy Dreamer in a "Fate of ECW" Loser Leaves Town match for the ECW title (McMahon loses)

Every match is Extreme rules, why not just let this be the PPV to replace Vengeance.
I mean we already have the GAB in July why do we need 2 PPV's in June.

I remember how excited I was for last years ONS (after how good the first one was) only to be pretty dissapointed. Safe to say I won't bother with this years. Yeah. Seriously, why even bother? Really, the only good one was the first one back in 2005, when it was actually about ECW.

The first ONS was GREAT, the second was alright, but nothing super-duper (Having Randy Orton get OWNED was fun, nice to see top talent get owned huh?) but no Awesome and a no finish after that sick Sabu bump kinda sucked. Big Show not getting booed out of the arena was a surprise too.
I hear it's going to be in Miami, but wouldn't it be funny if in protest, the Hammerstein guys followed them down there and booed them?

I like how ONS is being built up as the place to end feuds.
Lashley/McMahon
Cena/Khali
and perhaps others as they are announced. It gives the PPV more meaning, even IF it isn't "an originals" based PPV.

Well, seeing as how Lashley was on the poster, I couldn't believe that it would be The Blue Meanie vs. Vince.

SPOILERS
So for ONS III, the confirmed card is: Vince McMahon vs. Bobby Lashley, John Cena vs. The Great Khali and Edge vs. Batista.
Now, for a moment, let's imagine if this were to take place in Hammerstein Ballroom. Who would get booed the loudest? McMahon? Lashley? Cena? Khali? Batista? The only person who wouldn't be booed out of the building would be Edge.

No, this a WWE sponsered event "hosted" by the New ECW promotion which is attempting to get as many buys as possible by putting more "recognizable" stars on the show. The ECW you are referring to died in 2002 due to bad business decisions.

Ever since the first ONS with the raw/smackdown guys being involved, they tried to overshadow any of the "original" entities of ECW thats involved in the show.
It's kind of like in middle school when the cool kids sort of invite themselves over to the unpopular kids house because he has all the cool video games and barely notice him and/or still treat him like crap when they are over there.
