It seems for the last 10 years, it's been the same thing OVER and OVER, Henry get's pushed, get's hurt, out a year, back to being pushed, wash, rinse, repeat. There are so many other guys that deserve these numerous failed attempts at pushing this lug. Why is it they insist on pushing people noone really cares about down our throats time and time again? Grrrr.

Well, when you give him a 10-years contract, you' d like him to do something, so he' s gonna get TV time no matter what happens.

Until they stop pushing that worse-than-Henry hack Khali, I'm all for a Mark Henry push.

He's pushed because at the end of the day he is a big man who can look menacing. I think it's his width that really makes him stand out, not his girth or height.
In a sea of wrestlers who are no bigger than Kenny Dykstra Mark Henry has that classic larger than life look about him that Vince loves and pro-wrestling is all about.
Sure he's no technical marvel, but he can wrestle and is no worse than Viscera, Khali or King Kong Bundy. Also he has a look that suggests 'I will slam you down and tear you apart when I face you in the ring'. Which will keep the kids cheering for there heroes as they don't want them destroyed by this monster.
Sure we can point to his Mae Young story or his injury problems but at the end of the day new kids will not know of 'the hand' debacle and his injuries actually keep him fresh in the fans eyes as he is not on TV every week.
I'm actually expecting him to be drafted to RAW and to face John Cena next.
As a side note, I want to know where the next big guys of wrestling are coming from? Who is the next King Kong Bundy, Earthquake, Yokozuna, Big Show etc?

He shouldnt have ever been resigned, it seems like every time hes injured, he returns with 20-30 extra pound packed on him.

Yes, I agree. The E needs the wide-load guy for the moment, because if it's not Henry, then it's someone like Big Dick Johnson in a skimpy little thong for all of us to enjoy waste 20 minutes on TV. They've got Henry built as a monster, and everything about him makes him feel like a monster. I'll take Mark Henry over a lot of the big-big guys, other than the Big Show, or MAYBE Umaga. Umaga's really grown on me as of late, and if they book Henry in a similar way, then maybe more people won't mind him. (Big big guys = 350 pounds plus. Sorry Kane.)

Grrrr. Fruity, they don't care cause the owner says what goes and that's all there is to it. Sweaty lummoxs that look like walking trashbags can injure the actual talented wrestlers and botch their way through a match but as long as the owner's happy, that's all that seems to matter. The WWE doesn't care what we think. They're placating an old man with a lot of outdated ideas.

Henry might not be so good in the ring but when he comes out I'm "wow, you don't wanna mess with that guy". I'm usually a guy who hates all these hosses but Henry keeps me interested.

They will do the usual with him. He'll get the monster-heel push then lose or get-hurt and disappear. I still can't believe they pulled such a 180 on Bookgieman. It wasn't so long ago he was making quick work of headliners in Booker and JBL, now he is a squash-victim.
