As of last night, Ric Flair was the last roster member to have been in WWE continuously since the brand extension and remained on the RAW roster the whole time. Now that's he's gone to Smackdown, Funaki is the only roster member to have been around since the brand extension and have remained on the same roster (Smackdown).
Just a bit of useless info.

I think Shawn Michaels has also been consistently a Raw guy.

Technically HHH was drafted to Smackdown before being traded back for Booker, Bubba and somebody else I think.

Triple H went to SmackDown after losing the title to Hogan. Shawn Michaels convinced Triple H to come back to Raw and sign with Eric Bischoff at Vengeance 02.

does jim ross an the king count? I suppose you could count them, but I was thinking wrestlers exclusively. Come to think of it, why haven't they moved the announcers around at least once?

I'm pretty sure Rey Mysterio has been on Smackdown forever.

Right, but he was still on Raw from May 02-present and it's not like the draft and his return were that much far apart, as HBK made his return a month after the draft happened. So he was considered a Raw guy, and he has been for nearly 5 years now.

Undertaker was always Smackdown Nope. He also lost the Undisputed title and ended up on Raw, where he turned heel and made JR join the Kiss My Ass Club. (I probably have my timeline screwed up, but I specifically remember him on Raw.) he also had *that* ladder match with Jeff Hardy.

The timeline is a bit screwed up as the KMA club happened in November 2001.
