Seriously, how long do you think we'll be talking about this. I know the media will drag it out for every second it's worth, but how long will it be actively discussed in wrestling circles, before we all get back to normal?

personally I've gotten over it.
But I'm pretty damn sure this will go on for well over three weeks.

It'll happen soon enough, once the media circus dies down.

It will have longer lasting effects than Eddie's passing did.

So long as people keep staying in this thread and filling it up every few hours, it'll hang around. It'll start to die down when everyone goes and finds other things to talk about.

I swear to god, I have the worst timing when it comes to deleting my account. Wow, it HAS been a while man. How did you handle things, crapless? Eh, usually just use this board to get news and comment on it if I'm inclined to anyway. This subject, however, I have nothing to say that hasn't already been said in nine other threads. Only that, no matter what frame of mind Chris was in at the time of the events, or what influence he might have been under, anyone who knew him would tell you that we've lost a phenominal wrestler, and a phenominal human being as a whole. I'm willing to forgive Chris and hope he, Nancy and Daniel are at peace. And I offer my support to the WWE and in turn, American professional wrestling as a whole in their time of need.

Haven't seen this, from Wiki, but here it is
An alternate motive for Benoit's suicide-murder has been proposed by former wrestler Christopher Nowinski, now a respected authority on concussions and brain trauma in sport.[104] Nowinski suggests that Benoit's violent and erratic behavior may have been a result of long-time concussions incurred during his career, which may have led to feelings of rage and paranoia.[105] Nowinski himself was forced to retire from wrestling as a result of a severe concussion giving him lasting headaches and related pain due to post-concussion syndrome, which could have been further complicated were he to have continued wrestling.

Yeah, been mentioned a few times now. Whether he's correct or not, he's one of the few so far that's actually making me proud to be a fan in all this mess.

He sounds pretty awesome. I loved his character, but the man sounds even better.

I honestly see the Warrior interview going something like this:
Hannity: Mr. Warrior, did you ever use Steriods?
Warrior: *looks at him like he's grown a second head* What? Are you serious? Of course I did steroids. Did you see what I looked like back then? That **** ain't natural!
Hannity: *Looks stunned that he answered like that* Do you, uh, think that it led to the killing of his wife and son in a fit of roid rage?
Warrior: First off, there is no conclusive evidence that Roid Rage even exists. In instances of "suspected roid rage" it lasts a few moments, not an entire weekend. Also, you think that he'd go to the trouble of placing bibles next to their bodies? Have you ever been mad? Have you ever been so mad that you brutally murdered the two people you loved most in life, placed bodies next to their corpses, sent some cryptic text messages to your friends, and then hung yourself from a pully machine? That's not roid rage, you silly fruit! Benoit was just ****ing nuts!
Hannity: I...see...
Warrior is a nut, but he's not stupid. There's also no chance in hell that anybody will be able to talk over him.
