Well they only have 2 real feuds going on, and honestly I don't think people will tune in to see an 8 boobed man take on a worm eating Darth Maul.

Ratings been going down ever since Nitro had the belt. Better fix that on Sunday.
A name GM like Dusty Rhodes wouldn't hurt either.

No one's gonna care about any of it unless it's interesting and compelling TV. They could have Stone Cold as GM on there and it won't improve the ratings. Just throwing names around isn't going to help. Dusty Rhodes ain't exactly helping Raw's ratings. CM Punk as champ ain't gonna help nether. The show is treated inferior by the company so the fans are gonna follow suit and treat it the same way.

no way TNA is gonna get a 1.3 anything in the near future.
Unless The Rock makes a special appearance.

Maybe he does maybe he don't but if the show is presented as an inferior brand you're gonna have a hard time getting people to watch it no matter who the champ is.

I hate to be a party pooper but...highly unlikely. You're not pooping my party. I don't watch TNA regularly or really care about the product all that much. But aren't they pulling 1.1 and 1.2 regularly now over in the iMPACT! Zone? And wait...ah. Misunderstanding. I meant TNA was going to pass the ECW brand's ratings, not WWE as a whole. I should have made that clearer. I understand, but TNA is still having trouble latching onto the 1.2 rating. Before the PPV, the last Impact drew a 1.0. That was after two weeks of 1.2s. They keep going up-and-down, up-and-down. ECW has bottomed out a 1.3 while TNA has maxed out a 1.2. I think by the time TNA breaks through and gains another 100,000 viewers that ECW will be in an up swing. Of course, that's just my opinion. Anything is possible.

They shouldnt of brought the ECW name back. It just pisses the whole legacy of ecw away. To be honest I much more enjoyed with Ecw's product in the 90's than I ever enjoyed the attitude rip off era of the ecw in wwf. It was legit attitude although with far smaller production values but much more enjoyable to watchin the mid to late 90's. Why couldnt wwe just bring back shotgun sat. night if they wanted a televised developmental territory. Dont destroy the ecw name and have losers such as the miz, that big daddy v who likes that fat vampire from the first blade movie, and all the rest. It just insults the ecw name. Shame on you VINCE!!! It was all said even before this new "ecw" started, they may bring the name back, but as long as its under the wwe umbrella it will never be considered ecw. 1.3? That show will be kicked off television in a year. if that long.... Seriously, I figured for the first 6-9 months, the argument would be the same, but after a year?! It's time to find a new horse...

Ratings been going down ever since Nitro had the belt. Better fix that on Sunday. Every ECW Champion has drawn less ratings than the previous one. It's more of a brand problem than a wrestler problem.

they have had over a year and havent built or attempted to build an undercard.
But i guess its hard when your starting from scratch.
Too bad they went away from the smaller venues idea for ECW.

Having ECW only tapings would be a good idea. Yes, it would cost more, but in the long run it would be worth it. It's unfair to put the wrestlers (many of whom work very hard) in front of a crowd that barely reacts to ANYTHING.

The ECW Only shows weren't selling well outside of the North East... That's why they were forced to kill it and combine it with Smackdown full time...

Don't you think that the way they were presenting ECW and the lack of stars was a reason for that? And I said worth in the LONG RUN, not for the short term. WWE hasn't really had a good long term plan for ECW as an entity.

I never understood why they didn't go old school with it. I mean you tape a whole month's worth of tv tapings in one or two nights. That way you have a crowd thats actually there to see the ECW brand. That would fix the expense thing wouldn't it?

you really think people are gonna take a C-Show seriously? like the one where the Champ is a former Heat mainstay (for some months)? like the one that´s full of RAW recaps? like the one that gets almost no attention on RAW or SD?
