Ok, I know Orton is, by all insider accounts, going to win at SummerSlam.
But he got the last shot in before the PPV, and usually that means the shotee (Cena) will get the duke at the PPV.
I really hope Cena doesn't win.

I think they should wait for Unforgiven for Orton to win so Cena can have the belt for a year and then lose it.

Hoping for a John Cena title loss is like hoping for World Peace.
Won't happen in my lifetime.

Cena's got the odds back against him with his head injury so expect Cena to retain

like i said in the RAW thread
if Cena wins at SS & holds it until Unforgiven then he's held it for a year.
Man it feels like 6

As my friend Dave says, anyone who bets against John Cena is a fool!
3 weeks ago I was positive Orton was winning, now I'm not so sure.

Simply ridiculous

This is exactly how Benoit/Orton was built up with Orton RKO'ing Benoit every week. EVERY week, albeit it was very sneaky each time. Then Orton won in a flash at Summerslam.
I'm convinced Orton will win with a cheap shot and a RKO to follow up.
First time I've felt Cena' gonna lose the title EVER. Not even Michaels or HHH convinced me.

Summerslam is in a odd spot as there are 3-5 matches where babyface could reasonably win (Khali/Batista, Punk/Morrison, HHH/Booker, Chavo/Rey, Cena/Orton).
WWE is going to have to have at least two of those heels win.

I can see a babyface sweep up until the last match where Orton wins. Although I think Khali is winning too.
And I'm convinced Punk is winning too. They've pushed him too hard for him to not win the title here. He'll be like Joe if he doesn't win. All momentum gone.

WWE is going to have to have at least two of those heels win. Orton and Khali are most likely. Punk needs to win the title, and there's no way HHH and Rey are jobbing out in their return matches. Losing 243 title matches hasn't hurt Batista's pop any, a 244th won't hurt.

I'll go ahead and bet that Orton gets the win at Summerslam.
While I'm at it, I'll also put $100 on the Washington Generals to top the Globetrotters.

Khali is not gonna lose the belt. He may lose by countout or DQ to keep the feud going, but thats about it.
I think that there will be a push to have Rey lose. I have this feeling that someone (and it doesn't have to be Hunter) will make a case that it will weaken Triple H's return if both win.

Both SHOULD win. Rey would be b****ified (or Orton'ed) for a long time if he doesn't beat freakin Chavo.

I think Trips loses by DQ for not stopping his beating of Booker like Batista/Kennedy last year. Rey will probably lose to Chavo as well so they can keep both of the boring feuds going.

I hate Rey, I hate Cena, as long as they lose, I don't care what else happens.
Oh, and Kennedy has to either win the IC Title, or be named the bastard, these are my demands.

Orton will win at Summerslam. What they'll do is probably give Cena a 'concussion' and Orton wins the title which leads to Cena chasing the belt up until Triple H takes it from Orton at Survivor Series.
