With more charisma than Cena, who's more over, who deserves the title more?
Now I didn't watch the PPV last night. The WWF is stale and boring to me right now with a lack of talent. Cena doesn't excite me, but I can understand how he excites others. He's the best of a bad group of talent. And that bad group includes stale, dulle, overrated busts like the Ortard. You can't just slap the belt on anybody just because it's time. Randy doesn't deserve the title because he can't carry the company yet, he's not over...frankly he's not that good. He's several cuts below Cena.

Nobody. There is nobody in that promotion as over as John Cena is. In fact, it's not even close.
This is why WWE is in a bad position. They don't have any strong heels to work off.

Cryme Tyme.
And that's sad since the guys pissed me major last week when they broke up the Londrick match.
But still, Cryme Tyme is easily two times more over than Cena is and has more charisma.

Triple H Edge HBK Undertaker HAHA...gald you said this...what do all these guys have in common? That's right, they all spend more time on the sidelines healing injuries than wrestling. Meanwhile Cena has never once been out of action due to an injury. Nice try smark.

Triple H Edge HBK Undertaker They're all very much over, but in terms of worldwide appeal and merchandise selling, I don't think anybody could touch Cena at the moment.

In overall appeal then Cena is tops, easily.
But with the crowd and fans? Cryme Tyme can just randomly pop up and they get cheers without wrestling. They go on a silly 'MONEY - MONEY' chant and everyone follows them. I've never heard one boo of those two.

You say that like a) you're not a smark and b) you are trying to flame and insult me. Try again. Triple H Edge HBK Undertaker They're all very much over, but in terms of worldwide appeal and merchandise selling, I don't think anybody could touch Cena at the moment. I think Taker could touch if it they would market more stuff for him. But all the O.P asked was who is more over, charismatic, and deserves the title more. Those are who I feel meet that. Its all subjective any way.

Steve Austin, easily.
And before you pop off with some lame crap about being injured, be could easily carry a feud through promos and only work a match or three a month.
Remember how Triple H did that awhile back? Just cut promo after promo and didn't defend the belt unless it was at a PPV?
When that glass shatters, the entire arena hits their feet. Not JUST the women and children.
Here's another name for ya: The Rock. Yeah, him coming back is a long shot, but still, you know the minute he did come back, he'd be twice as over as Cena.
One more for the road: Hulk Hogan. Cena's precious little Thuggsters like the Hulkster even more than they do Cena.
So there are three very viable candidates for your little poll.

The man who should be the Intercontinental Champion as we speak. Mr. Kennedy Kennedy Absolutely correct. Kennedy is over like rover, has a level of natural charisma comparable to Cena, and can wrestle very well. On top of all of that, he deserves the title more than Cena because of these very things, plus ratings will INCREASE if he were champion, just like the first time that Edge won the WWE Title at NYR '06.
