We've got 2 great sounding shows this week fans. So join us Wednesday night at 8pm on the MSG Network: 8:00 - February 18, 1985 - The War To Settle The Score - Women's Title Match - Wendi Richter (c) vs Lelani Kai
- "Cowboy" Bob Orton vs "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka
- WWE Title Match: Hulk Hogan (c) vs "Rowdy" Roddy Piper
9:00 - November 25, 1989 - The Hart Foundation vs The Rockers
- "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase vs Jake "The Snake" Roberts
- "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan vs "Macho King" Randy Savage
So join us at 8:00 sharp. I don't care about spoilers for the first show since it's a show that was broadcast on MTV and is well known but no spoilers for the second one.

I'm in.
WWE Title Match: Hulk Hogan (c) vs "Rowdy" Roddy Piper
I can't help but think this match ends in a DQ or a count out.

It's sad that I look forward to these classics shows more than I do for Raw.

Yeah but how many people here actually watched or even remembered watching War to Settle the Score when it aired over 20 years ago?

That second show looks REALLY solid, especially with the tag match between the Harts and the Rockers. Should be fun to watch. Dunno if I will watch the 8 o'clock one though.

Hogan vs Piper? That's freaking sweet, I'm pretty sure the ending involved Shinanigans since Piper almost never got pinned.

Yeah but how many people here actually watched or even remembered watching War to Settle the Score when it aired over 20 years ago? Well 2 of the 3 matches they're showing were released on the same DVD not too long ago

"War to Settle the Score" is the 3rd best name for a wrestling event ever. Only Wrestlemania and "Brawl to End It All" top it.

The Colossal Jostle from last year's set of shows was a pretty damned good title. Plus we got to see Bundy taking HUGE bumps for Andre

Wow it amazes me that there are some people out there who have never seen the Hogan/Piper match from "The War to Settle the Score" which happens to be my number one all time favorite match ever. This was also the first wrestling I ever taped on our brand new VCR with a remote control that had a cord! I still have the old 80's commercials on it too! This match is what a feud is suppose to be. Watch the crowd and you can feel the energy! The hatred that people felt for Roddy and the pop when Hogan comes out. Gives me goose bumps! The ending is classic and perfect. Without a doubt my favorite match ever.
Everything else is awesome as well! can't wait to relive this!!
