So I have a question for you all. I heard that on the "Tagged Classics" DVDs they do not edit out references to WWF nor do they blur out the WWF logo. Is this true?

Yes. Most of the time this is true. Or at least on my copy of KOTR 97/98 it is.

I really want to buy one of the Tagged Classics DVD's but I hate the fact that if I wanted Wrestlemania X I'd have to have IX with it and thats enough to put me off it, especially at £20. But anyways, back to the question. The only logo's that would be blurred out are the old WWF ones from the attitude era. Which are the ones that look like the current one only there is a F on the end. The old style logo doesn't need to be blurred as far as I can see.

They absolutely brutalised the first two Survivor Series with editing, I felt cheated.

I think it's because Silver Vision own the rights for those particular shows, not the WWE, so they can keep the old stuff in. That may also be the reason why Jesse Ventura's commentary stays in.

yeah these tagged classics are great - everything in tact ! from entrance music to logos...
they can be picked up cheaper at silvervision.co.uk -- dont buy them from HMV ! rip off.

Really?
I'm happy with VHS an all but if the tagged classics are unedited, I'm there

I was able to get a Silver Vision copy of Summerslam 92 that had 3 extra matches (Santana/Shango, Bushwhackers/Duggan vs. Mountie/Nastys, Tatanka vs. Berzerker).

Is this true for Atitude era stuff? I know pre scratch logo WWF and stuff are kept in but didn't think they'd be ok post 98. If that's the case i'm picking up Wrestlemania 14.

I'm pretty sure even the scratch logo isn't blurred out.

They absolutely brutalised the first two Survivor Series with editing, I felt cheated. If you mean how some matches are basically entrances and pins thats how it was originally, I have the '88 one taped off TV and its like that.
