So here it is. The biggest problem with WWE currently isn't the champ it's the mid card. The only thing Vince is focusing on is World Titles. What made the 80's and the attiude era's were the mid card. 80's had JYD, Tito, DreamTeam, Warlord ,Barbain, Orton, Murroco, and on. Attitude had Val, Owen, HHH, Goldust, Jarret, and on and on. When you have no midcard you have nothing. One focus burns everyone out quickly and doesn't set up any growth for your talent. Sorry about the length of this, RANT OVER

Which is why the fans sit on their hands in any match that doesn't have Cena, Batista, Triple H etc.

This could easily be solved with the end of the brands...imagine MVP, Matt, Jeff, Burke, Punk, Kennedy, Kenny, Cody et. al. all intertwined with each other

I agree, getting rid of the crap and having one brand with all the best would do wonders for the interest in the company. Every title would have a number of contenders and you could have some great matches out of it
And off topic when do I get my next star and quit being a fake diesel?

Yeah OK but when you get rid of everyone else but the main-event what happens when the main-eventers leave and there is no mid-carders to take their spots?

ou know i think the brands should end, cut some of the guys who get no pop or heat and make the mid card the first focus, who doesent want to see The Hardys face Cade and Murdoch in a TLC match for the tag team titles, if it happens it should be WWE Title, IC Title and then make the US Title into what the European title used to be, a stepping stone to the IC, replace the ECW title with the Hardcore Championship and get rid of the World Tag Team belts and just have the WWE Tag Team belts. although technically are the World Tag Team titles not the continued lineage of the old WWF Tag Team titles.

If you got rid of the brand extension, you would have to trim the fat. You would still have 50 wrestlers under contract, hence a huge midcard and tag ranks. if 50 isn't enough you could keep 75. You have 5 hours of content to use you could utilize nearly everyone affectivley

The Hardyz have carried over since the Attitude age and people STILL sit on their hands for MVP .....hm Hmmmm Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Ill say it again, if the brand extension ends WWE would need to cut either RAW or Smackdown out of its programming. Sorry Triple H and Vince dont need multiple segments per week.

I disagree.
Raw- Cade and Murdoch, Londrick, WGTT, Kennedy, Umaga, Jeff Hardy, Carlito
Smackdown- Matt Hardy, MVP, Chavo, Finlay, Jamie Knoble, Kane, Masters, Flair?
If you did combine the two rosters the midcard is looking great imo.

All titles beside the WWE Championship and Smackdown world title are worthless.
WWE have been creating this situation for years.
Back in 1990 for example, they had three titles and all of them were prestigious.

Back in 1990 for example, they had three titles and all of them were prestigious. The IC title was defended at Summerslam in the main event in front 80 000 back then. Now it doesn't even make the PPV.
