Ric Flair's was scary good. I remember reading that even some people in WCW and respectable insiders were worried at first. Teddy Long's was perhaps the most comical. I'm not sure WWE was going for comical though.

Other, Doug Heffernan (Kevin James) in an episode of "King of Queeens" where he didn't know his wife's best friends name at a party, and rather than cop to it, that's what he did ;D

Flair's really did freak me out. Everyone sold it so well when it was happening that I didn't know for sure or not until Bischoff started to deny that he poisoned him.

The New Foundation's verion of the Hart Attack was almost an exact replica of the Hart Foundation's. Right down to the way Owen delivered the clothesline.
Yes that joke sucked.

Wow, I remember that. I remember how convincing it looked, and how much it freaked me out when I was a kid.

Wasn't it that heart attack that sent Ric Flair to the Mental Institute?

Wasn't it that heart attack that sent Ric Flair to the Mental Institute? Nah, he was sent there when he was deemed unfit to be president of WCW a few months after this by Piper. Still, the Scott Hall cameo in the background was pretty funny.
