Apolo was on jail at the Section 656 at Las Cucharas Correctional System at Ponce, Puerto Rico, due to being unable to pay the bond to release him. He was jailed because he was unable to pay $6,500 of $13,669 he was behind in child support. Apolo, whose real name is Germán Manuel Figueroa, 35, visited the judge on May 31 to see if bond is lowered so he could be released and pay what he is behind. In fact, he was released on the evening of May 31 as the $13,669 were paid in full. Word spread that it was WWC that helped in paying some of that amount. By the way, Apolo lives exclusively on wrestling. Gerweck.net Well...good for him...I guess. I bet he wishes he hadn't quit from TNA. Then again, I guess it depends on what they were paying him.

So he was jailed on child support non-payment? Hell, why don't they just hire him and Ricky Morton, and have the two work as a tag team?

Glad that he is making a living on wrestling, but time to get to the unemployment office if the dude can't pay his child support.
I have this funny image of Apolo-sized kids, like a 6 foot tall 4 year old who eats a cart full of groceries a day.

I didn't even know he was locked up. Me neither... I've always thought Apolo could do well in WWE, since they love hosses so much. I think he'd be a good body guard for Carlito.
