Homicide is no where near main event level.
His Lariats are the worse part of his moveset. guys that small shouldn't be doing lariats.

You can't expect him to the Cop Killa on a guy like Joe can you? And he has a lot more moves the lariet.

I know he does, but you know that LAX thing where Homicide lariats the dude after Hernandez catapults him, then Homicide hits a senton?
It looks stupid when Homicide does the clothesline.
IT's one of his main moves, and it looks stupid when he does it.
I mean a flying x-pac style lariat atleast.

I kinda agree with you. But he hasnt really been able to unleash his talents in TNA yet.

The thing with Homicide's lariat is that when he does it in ROH it makes sense...because people are more his size. But when he does it in TNA where he's one of the smaller guys...it just doesn't go over as well.

OH well, that's where his strong point is in the cruiserweight matches.
He's one talented wrestler that I don't think would fit in well with the heavyweights because of his style of wrestling.
As opposed to Rey Mysterio or AJ Styles who actually fly around the ring or do high flying moves to take out bigger opponents, HOmicide wrestles a lot like a heavyweight himself.

the thing that's funny about the issue with LAX is that homicide was getting cheers during his match with rhino.
why TNA creative can't see that homicide is over is one of the many, many, MANY mysteries of TNA pro wrestling.

Mostly lost in this discussion of LAX is the part about Angle.
I, for one, hope he really does go to do MMA and I never have to look at him again. Otherwise I just know he's going to end up as TNA's version of John Cena: decent heel turned totally colorless babyface with a limited moveset (3 moves of doom in Angle's case: Olympic Slam, German Suplex, and Ankle Lock) who gets relentlessly pushed down our throats and never, EVERRR gives up the belt.
"You WILL cheer for this guy, dang it, if we have to feed every guy on the roster to him, and we're not going to give you a break from him until you do! It will hurt less if you stop struggling!"
From the day they started running commercials for him before he even debuted on TNA, you could tell they were going to shove him to the top, whatever it took. I'm frankly shocked he hasn't cleanly won the title already.
I was hoping in vain that he would turn full-fledged heel against Sting and/or Jarrett a month or two ago.
I don't think I realized how much I want Angle gone until I contemplated the prospect of him actually going away. I never liked him, mind you, I didn't know I disliked him this much.

You just hit the point right on the head. It's also the same reason James Gibson would never get over in the WWE. He's a cruiserweight that wrestles like a heavyweight.

Cide should be X div champ. He'd be perfect to try and revive that mess

If it were a few years ago, I'd agree with you completely. At the moment, however, the risk of him having to dress up as a chihuahua or participate in taco-eating contests is too high. TNA should hang their collective heads in shame for what's happened to the X Div.

Didn't you get Russo's memo?

Just have Cide run through the X division and then have Petey Williams or Senshi or someone stand up for them

You know, for all the comments on how people hate "comedy gimmicks", I'd wonder how feds like CHIKARA & HUSTLE get so popular, or guys like Delirious, Ultra Mantis Black, Human Tornado, and others on the indy scene aren't considered comedy wrestlers, and can be seen as believable title contenders.

I like comedy wrestlers. I however don't think this is good for Jay Lethal.
