Ok. I'm not one to judge the guy. He probably is on a real spirtual speaking trip there, along with the others. But the Bahamas? It does sound like a very easy way to take a nice little vacation from their schedules...pass it off as them doing missionary work when all they're really doing is enjoying themselves.
Not like these guys haven't earned it, but it does seem kinda fishy. Out of all the places to go on a missionary, the Bahamas?

He needs to go to the Bahamas to destroy the source of evil that's contaminating the NWA TNA World Title.

You do realize that the people who actually live there don't have much money and don't live in luxury right? While we think of it as a beautiful place, many of the citizens live in poverty. The group I'm in at school took a trip to Jamaica for the same reason, so it's not out of the ordinary.
That said, yes, it does look suspicious, but there is a good reason for it.

I kinda wish people would leave their religious beliefs to themselves sometimes.

Nobody's asking the obvious question.
Can Lex afford to PAY for a trip to the Bahamas?

it says "speaking trip" not missionary work. Probably some church or something paying them to come and give a sermon or testimony or something. So yeah, if it happens to be some place nice and they get some free time on their hands, I say have fun.

Everyone needs Jesus.[/sarcasm] I kinda wish people would leave their religious beliefs to themselves sometimes. sometimes, but usually cool religious people try not bother people unless asked. Cept for those douchebags who go door to door in the morning with pamphlets.

I don't see the big deal of Sting going on a speaking trip. I bet with those names more people will go see them speak then Joe Schmoe talking about Jesus.

They're probably having church services in various buildings in the area and inviting anyone who wants to come. It's not like they're going door to door and getting in people's faces about it.

Well, if it is missionary work, then it annoys me. It's probably a speaking trip to the believers there to convert the poor people in the Bahamas.
Which makes it a shit move.

"...and thus did the Almighty let out a cry and Stinger Splashed the helpless Satan..." yeah what's with Sting being the lesser known WOO? I mean there's Ric, there's Angle, and to some extent there's Owen.

Welcome to the whacky world of religion. uhhh, not to take this topic too far from where the rules state, but man you guys have kind of an axe to grind? If Missionary work, You guys do know that the Bahamas suck for the people who don't live there right? You guys make it sound like all they're gonna do is chill in the fun parts and relax all the time. If not, you do realize there people all over the world who book people for speaking engagements, from crappy cities to fun tourist locations. I have religious friends and pastors who went to or spoke at plenty of places that sucked or were really nice. Some people actually like attending those things. I mean good for them. Not to mention the people speaking are already famous so it's more interesting than your regular sunday at Church.
