My guess is thats El Hijo Del Santo rather than El Santo, but I have no idea when it took place

I believe that's from a pretty famous match El Hijo Del Santo and La Parka had from Monterrey Mexico. I haven't seen it, but supposedly it's a near thirty minute classic, and is available on a lot of comp tapes/ dvds.
