- Ryan sent the following: Kurt Angle was on 106.7 here in Washington last night. Angle said he is coming out with a book soon. He also said he watched the champions main event on RAW this week and said Vince and WWE copied TNA. It was a very good show and you can listen to it at wjfk.com.
A few excerts
" And Vince got on his knees and begged me to stay...but I insisted. I've never seen Vince cry like that before."
"Painkillers I never took painkillers...ever"
two pages later
"Yeah, I was swallowing back those vicodins like Dr House. Some times I would take 837 a day. That would kill anyone else. Not me though"

I think he's like Nash jokingly going over the top at this point.

Nash does it with irony. Angle really expects us to believe it.

If the first chapter of the book is called 'Genesis', I'll mark.

Nash does it with irony. Angle really expects us to believe it. I think he's got himself believing it too....just like HOGAN!!! (never ask him about WM3 vs. Andre the Giant....EVER) Angle is really becoming more and more of an idiot/jackass/asshole/bitch/bastard/f***ity f*** f***er/put something here that works. I'm not sure what he has against WWE, they let him out for his health and he turns his back on them and bad mouths them and generally acts like his time there meant nothing. He's going to regret all this one day when TNA goes under or gets bought out and his health is down the toilet. *Nash rules!

Just so everyone knows, those excerpts aren't real, those were just a joke from the OP I believe.
Its sad that youre not really sure at first, though..

I know the OP was joking, but it's a good point to make that Angle is becoming Pro Wrestling's version of Roger Clemens.

Angle is college educated and knows how to have a good time.
His promos are reaching Steiner or Iron Sheik levels of hilarity but it\'s all within fun. The man is no moron

Wasn't the TNA's Match of Champions kind of a rip off of WWE's Night of Champions, and didn't TNA rip off WWE by doing that whole one hour, one match thing recently.
Regardless I think it's great that WWE is taken notice of TNA, this past weeks Raw was great.

Angle should write the book, refusing to break kayfabe. Sorta like The Rock's book.
You wouldn't be able to go 3 pages without seeing "broken freakin' neck," "the three I's," or "it's real, it's damn real."
I'll take 7!

his first book was good enough But he didn't write most of it. It was like one of those books Mick Foley was talking about (in his second book) he'd read as a kid, thinking they were legit biographies, when all the writer did was talk to him for 30 minutes, then kinda half-ass your way through scripting it out. I figured it out when he kept bringing up everything was like "training for the Olympics" or "wrestling with a broken neck" every third page. And I like the guy. I respect his contributions to the in-ring product. But, the man is nuts.

The only part I liked about the first book is when he mentioned Brock Lesnar and Shelton Benjamin being standouts. Apart from that, though ... WTF?
