They're suspended now because they broke a key rule in the Wellness Policy - no internet prescriptions. Yeah, and they did it now, not back in 2004.

well, this is somewhat relieving, 30 daysisnt long enough to totally smurf up wwe, hope these guys get help Yeah, that's some help, but I'm still not sure that the 10 guys being listed are the same 10 guys that are supposed to be suspended right now, when they keep listing things that they did months ago. Kennedy is suspended right now because he took steroids in february? That dosen't make any semse. WWE is suspending them now because I believe they actually didn't know that these guys were using them. This whole investigation is focused on that one pharmacy where many sports stars got their medication from and all this has recently surfaced. Basically, they are punishing the performers who were using after February 2006 (When the Wellness Policy was first introduced).

Batista, Booker, Marella, Masters and Mike Bucci also got stuff from there, but they stopped before February 06, so that's why they're not suspended, for those still wondering.

Kennedy is suspended right now because he took steroids in february? That dosen't make any semse. Jesus christ man, READ THE ARTICLES. It just says he received drugs during that time frame, it says nothing about failing a test or definitively states these guys were on something. Just that they received drugs from a certain pharmacy that was recently busted AFTER wellness was in place. Plus, if its HGH, there is no test for HGH. Good god, read the articles and you'll figure it out. First, stop the insults. Second, just because I have a little bit of a different outlook at the situation dosen't mean that I'm not reading the articles. I've read the articles, but I also read all the ertyicles in the newspapers, that are suppossed to be legit, that outright say that Randy Orton is suspended right now. I know alot about steroids, and their are things that both the papers and the media are not saying, that don't make sense to me when I read them, and It goes over alot of pwoples heads. So I have alot of questions going on in my head when I read the articles, and by the time I'm done, I still have the same questions.

You're asking questions that cannot possibly be answered right now. All the articles state with the names is guys who have received drugs from a specific pharmacy after wellness has been in place. WWE has not said whos suspended, you cannot go by that list right now but considering the timing of it all its probably a good indication of who. The suspensions yesterday are in regards to 10 guys who were suspended yesterday, NEW suspensions, and not in the past and not old suspensions, there is no exact confirmation on who.

In that case, anyone in the public eye needs to know what the heck they're talking about in the media before they start reporting nonsense. The media is starting to annoy me, because there are many concusions that can be drawn right now, based from what I read in the newspaper this morning alone. The information I read does try to make it look like that King Booker and Chavo guerrero were suspended yesterday, and then they list why they were suspended, with the very same info that's in this article.

As far as we know, Chavo is, Booker isn't.

Even if the 10 guys are suspended for a month, I don't think it'll really be all that bad on the WWE as a whole...didn't a bunch of guys miss time for high levels of somethingoranother in there kidneys? Or whatever that was...I dunno...

Here is a link that has a list of medications and the time period in which they were received by the named wrestlers. sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/more/08/30/wrestlers/index.html I can't believe they are allowed to release this information without anyone being charged with a crime. What happened to medical privacy? I am not advocating what these wrestlers are doing. However, I can't believe that their rights regarding privacy of medical records is being blantantly ignored and that is scary. If one of these guys was justified, then they have been violated and somebody should be sued.

For the record, WWE's lawyer said more suspensions will be forthcoming, so we don't know that someone from the other four who were named WON'T get suspended.

This comes to 14. Much bigger magnitude.

The issue is that receiving these regulated drugs via unregulated means is not fully legal, and it is specifically against the wellness policy.
