So here is the basic idea. Have Randy Orton claim that he killed the legend of John Cena, then have Mr. Kennedy cut him off claiming that in the first match against Cena, Cena left the ring injured. Have Mr. McMahon announce that these two will square off for the vacated title. The match will seemingly be prepared to start, then McMahon announces that another man will be entered... enter Y2J. Y2J wins the match by making Kennedy tap.
Jericho as champ could be a great way to revamp the RAW product as he has money feuds against the likes of Mr. Kennedy, Randy Orton, Carlito and Triple H just waiting to be booked.

While I like the idea of Y2J winning the title in surprise fashion...it worries me a bit that one of the best options is a guy who isn't even officially with the company yet.

We're not even 100% sure he's in WWE yet, and if you're ordering the PPV for that scenario you'll be sorely dissapointed if it doesn't come to pass.

i doubt that will go over well with anyone in the lockerroom. Why not? It's not like he has not paid his dues. And he was part of the same locker room a few years ago. I'd love for this to happen but I kinda doubt it will.

i doubt that will go over well with anyone in the lockerroom. Who gives a crap? Agreed. If the locker room had any say, would HHH be a 37 time world champion?

i doubt that will go over well with anyone in the lockerroom. Who gives a crap? why would you want your locker room pissed off? why would you give the belt to someone who left your company 2 years ago, is going to come back without having a match in years and win the championship that people have been busting their ass trying to get? maybe im just not big on giving the championship belt to people on debut's

Hey, the locker room wasn't happy with John Cena OR Batista. How did that work out?

Sounds good to me, Jericho is a way better option than Orton, Kennedy, or HHH. Plus, it would make for a nice surprise.

i doubt that will go over well with anyone in the lockerroom. And Randy "let's keep giving him chances despite the fact he's a looser cannon than Brian Pillman was booked to be" Orton winning the title does go over well? sorry.

Jericho WILL win the title at No Mercy...........or they may pull the gun, take a chance and have Jeff Hardy beat Orton.

Why are people acting like Jericho is apart of the Raw roster all of a sudden? WWE is Rajahing you. He may or may not be coming back. No one has any idea what Save Us 222 is about. If you are hoping for a rumor to pull through, it's about as likely as Maven joining Evolution.
If we are gonna throw out random names to be WWE Champion then I say Bruno Sammartino is coming back and winning the title. It's just as likely.
