I actually think we are in the beginning of a major upswing in wrestling again. TNA, while not a honest contender to WWE yet, has shown that they are willing to spend to compete. This creates a market for wrestling talent again, which is a big reason why the product sucked so bad in recent years. WWE has proven over the years they produce better shows when they have competition.
I can honestly say that I enjoyed RAW last night more than I have in probably 6 months. I think they are on the verge of something big again.

I say yes. They are losing ratings, yet still maintaining a high profit from DVD sales. They are unable to push new stars, resulting in the highest Wrestlemania buyrate in years. Internet criticism of the product is ever-flourishing, while live events still do decent-to-good sales.
So, by 'yes', I really mean 'no'.

The WWE will be around for generations to come. If Vince really takes a look within himself, he will realize that he actually knows how to put on spectacular wrestling shows and all the trimmings that go along with them. He did it during the Monday Night Wars.
The reason that the product is not nearly as hot as it was during the Monday Night Wars is because Vince has no reason to make it as hot. What's in it for him? Fans have no other alternative (except TNA I guess) so why bust your butt to give fans the glory that was the late 90's and early 2000's? Once Vince has a reason to blow the fans away again, he'll do it. But until then, the humdrum stuff on TV now will have to do.

No.
Even though their product isn't too good at the moment, they're still making a HUGE profit.

Of course not, they're making money.
They'd have to lose money, and continue losing money for a long period to collapse. That's not happening any time soon.

Of course not. It's too big of a corporation for that to happen. The ONLY way the WWE would fold is if it were sued for some "ginormous" sum of money for something bad they did (injuring several hundred people, massive property damage) and even then, the stock holders would have to abandon them before McMahon could really start worrying.

No
But I wouldn't be surpised if the popularity of MMA gives off more of a negative effect on pro-wrestling(it is somewhat as the fans from 98 are now following UFC).

No. If they put on a mediocre product for ten more years then maybe, but probably not even then.
Will they eventually go out of business? Of course. Nothing lasts forever, not even the universe.

WWE is to wrestling as MLB is to baseball; as NFL is to football; as NHL is to hockey
Big, International, the clear leader, and despite many farm leagues, it's the only major league. In many markets, it's ratings are about the same...
TNA, on the other hand, is like Arena League Football. Entertaining, but it's not about to be the new major league. It's different and fun and not the NFL, which is why people watch it. But it's not about to replace the NFL even if NFL management runs it into the ground. They still would own the Superbowl, just like WWE owns Wrestlemania.
Did WCW own Wrestlemania? No, if they did, they may still be here. Clash of Champions and Starrcade, sure, but those were never Wrestlemania.
Not going anywhere, any time soon.

They are why better off than during the early 90s when they would have Raws in very small theaters and Barns.

Ticket sales are much more important than the ratings in terms of revenue.
Also, consider their assets. They have tons of ways of cutting costs.

This is a pretty interesting debate. I'm curious as to what molson5 meant when he said: [WCW] created a promotion that REQUIRED the popularity of the wrestling boom years to survive. How did they do this? Just curious.

It could very easily go the way of WCW. If you honestly don't think it could...you're fooling yourself.
