Not sure where to put this one, but a hypothetical from a friend just a few minutes ago.
Take a seven on seven match, TNA vs WWE.
Here are teh competitors. For TNA, we've got Angle, Nash, Hall, Booker, Joe, Abyss, and Sting. For the E, we've got Cena Bastita, Taker, Trips, Micheals, Punk, and Jericho. How do see this washing out in terms of eliminations and what not?
Me, being a dumbass, thought I'd go silly with it. Here goes.
Abyss eliminated by Batista after spinebuster on thumtacks.
Nash and Hall would be counted out, along with HHH and HBK, and conga around ringside for no apparent reason, with Nash blowing out his quad in a manner befitting Hiroshima.
Booker eliminates Batista when Dave says something about Booker needing to pay dues, leading to a Stevie Ray run in, and a “Yak” as a foreign object.
Taker eliminated when he is distracted by a dancing, tutu clad Teddy Long. He rips his own eyes out at the sight, and is eliminated by Joe via the X division finisher du jour, the roll-up. Taker then becomes irate and chokeslams Joe onto Rudy Charles, who is merely gardening at ringside for no reason.
Cena becomes confused and “overcomes the odds”, eliminating both Angle and Jericho, when he is told that is is actually 2006.
Joe, recovered from the chokeslam, begins wrestling Punk, with the two ignoring the rest of the combatants. There are continuous near-falls, but no mention is made of this by the commentary staff, save for Don West, who trys to sell off both as the “Crazy Deal of the Day”. Both are eliminated, for some reason, when they are disqualified for use a foreign object, which turns out to be Mr Fuji.
Booker and Cena begin working, and actually pull out 20 minutes of back and forth wrestling., with Sting drinking iced tea on the apron. The two fight to a neutral corner, allowing Sting to enter the ring. He begins helping Booker, who he continuously refers to as his “best friend”, work on Cena.
Cena is eliminated when Sting, hitting his first offensive move of the contest, hits the reverse DDT to eliminate him.
Sting is then eliminated by Booker T because it is impossible for Sting to get through a match with his tag partner not turning on him.
Booker T is the sole survivor, but explodes from the sound of Sharmell’s voice.
