So yeah essentially a mate of mine looks like hes getting signed up to a label... finally, the man is supremely talented. While i appreciate that the style may not be too most of your tastes I am just looking to get a general concensus on him. I have loved his stuff for years. He is also a friend of Calvin Harris, not sure how big he is over in the states but hes a huge deal over here. So my old school seems to have a few good artists coming out of its ranks!

As good as she is for her age, the image I now have in my head is Ivan Drago 'I must break you'!

Drew McIntyre lived in the same town as me until he got big in America. We went to the same schools as me too, and I'd regularly see him stomping about the same pubs and nightclubs. He was apparently in one of them during his whole VISA thing a couple of months back. I was too hammered to notice As i understand, Drew and a few of the indy lads usually attend Xmas/New Year parties in the big nightclub in town... cant remember the name though.

The only wrestler from my local area that anyone would have really heard of I suppose would be PAC being that I live about 30 minutes from Newcastle This man is arguably one of the best high-flyers on the planet, if your into that style and havent heard of him... check him out! To add my own 2 cents... Im in Scotland so Drew McIntyre is the only potential countee here!

The dude has aged BADLY, on Raw he was in aot of make up. If you just look at his age, he might have aged badly. But if you also take into consideration what he's been through, he seems to be in great shape. I was actually surpised that he apparently had no trouble at all walking and speaking. Yeah, when i had time alone with him he was nothing like the TV personality, but then again, alot of the boys leave thier injuries in the back and look fine in the spotlight. considering what the dude has been though he is doing well.

The dude has aged BADLY, on Raw he was in aot of make up. I worked a supershow with Bret back in August and spent a considerable amount of time with Bret through the day. While he looks in fantastic condition, and he really does. His body isnt, his limp is much more noticable behind the scenes and seemed to find it a task just lurking about backstage. I feel he could work a basic street fight or a gimmick along those lines, aslong as he isnt bumping around he will be ok. He is nowhere near the condition to 'go' in the ring anymore. Far, from it.

Just thought id let those Brits here know of a training seminar/Q&A with London ill be holding this weekend. Dumfries is situated on the Ccottish border and is suitable for those wishing to travel from the north of England and the Scottish central belt without too much travelling!
Press Release: Scottish Pro Wrestling 02/12/09
Scottish Pro Wrestling is proud to announce that this Saturday 5th December 2009 we will be bringing a very special guest to Dumfries for one day only to become a guest trainer during our weekly training session at Golden Glove Boxing based at Units 214 and 218c, Spitfire Road, Heathhall Industrial Estate, Dumfries, DG1 3PH. The seminar will run from 12pm-3pm.
The guest is none other that former WWE superstar Paul London. Paul London, from Hartford, Connecticut, USA, is recognised as one half of one of the longest reigning WWE (World) Tag Team Champions in WWE history with his former tag-partner Brian ‘Spanky’ Kendrick. London and Kendrick held the titles for just under a year at an official 337 days. He is also a former World Crusierweight Champion, winning a battle royal match for the accolade in March 2005. Having only left the WWE just over a year ago, Paul London was part of one of the most successful stints in WWE television and pay-per-view history with the shows he appeared on selling out the biggest arenas around the world and mainly the USA. WWE broadcasts to over 500 million homes worldwide, making London a mega-star and one of the most recognisable faces, not only in wrestling, but in entertainment.
Quote from Dumfries based promoter Paul Geddes from Scottish Pro Wrestling:
“This really is a huge announcement, not only for SPW and Golden Gloves boxing but for all wrestling fans and the town of Dumfries, its not very often you get a true celebrity and superstar in the town like Paul London. He has accomplished so much and is an incredibly well respected performer and I am delighted to welcome him to our training facility at Golden Gloves Boxing in Heathhall, Dumfries. This is a massive opportunity for anyone interested in becoming a wrestler to come and train with the best and get his advice on how to make a name for yourself! Not only will Paul London be there for our trainees but members of the public are invited to attend a question and answer session where they will be able to meet Paul London, ask some burning questions and even get a photo taken with the former World Tag and Cruiser Champion. We hope to see as many at our facility as possible, it will truly be a great day for Scottish Pro Wrestling and the town!”
*Scottish Pro Wrestling is a Dumfries based company, set up with the help of Princes Scottish Youth Business Trust and was established in March 2008 by Dumfries born promoter, Paul Geddes. SPW have run local events at DG One and the Theatre Royal with many more scheduled over the next year.*

Or could Bischoff appear in segments taped the a day before or so of the Impact giving away SmackDown results like "Don't bother watching the competition tomorrow. He beats the guy with a Tombstone"? The only problem with that quote is that TNA isnt exactly what can be called competition to WWE. Yes they are the two biggest wrestling/sports entertainment companies in the world. Really though, TNA are a million miles from being anywhere near as big as WWE and its going to take alot of work and everyone within TNA working towards the same goal to make that happen.

While i respect that you are trying to feed your family, how on earth can you owe fans cash? Failed shows? Also you could massively cut the budget of that show and still run a decent card and a good show. At least 8 matches? Surely thats insane for a promotion in dire straights? I also can see Necro Butcher having the cheapest fees on the planet?

I have a child and ive found it nothing but the most rewarding and exhilarating experience of my life. It changes your life dramatically and yes, it does put a strain on finances, free time and life in general. for me though there is no better feeling in life than looking into my boys eyes or seeing him smile. It really is an amazing experience, it takes work, but its worth it.

As far as im aware from speaking to those who are 'in' with Nigel the deal was only agreed 'in principal' as stated before and they were ironing things out but had verbally agreed. They may only be at the tapings visiting as they could be in Florida with WWE, or they could be working! We shall see..
