The Big Mac and Fries... I'm not too sure what the move is yet. Hitting a man in there Big Mac (genetellia(sp?) and Fries(well you get the point)? Good idea? No?

Wrestlemania VIII is a great show. Two fantastic matches and a bunch of entertaining crap. I've probably seen Wrestlemania IX more than any other 'Mania. I honestly don't know what it is about that show that makes me want to pop the tape into my VCR every few months. The good energy flow throughout the place?

So, we all on the same page of the same book now? we'll all always be on the same page in some aspects. we all agree that this is a tragedy. Even Nancey Grace could have the respect for someone to say that.

I don't want you or anyone else to take what I said as anything more than what it was. These threads are increasingly becoming nothing more than the same people, myself included, saying the same opinions over and over and it's getting us nowhere. You are more than welcome to continue posting in this thread, but I think we all need to take a step back for a minute to keep us from going in verbal circles. i see what you're saying dude. and i agree. its a matter of differing opinions being stated over and over again with nothing happening but people getting pissed. so its all cool. i got ya. its just such a rough time for wrestling fans. i'm still not sure 100% how to deal with it... So, we all on the same page of the same book now?

It's possible some MAJOR news outlets won't even report the toxicology results. Let's face it, that could be weeks away. The media's attention span is only as long as it takes before the NEXT huge murder/disaster/political scandal. Yep, because especially if it's not the dreaded roid rage, they won't even bother. They got their nickel out of the situation. There recently was a young man who worked hard in life to be a media reporter. He knew all the ropes & everything. Then he was on the televison for five minutes to talk about a wrestling incident where a wrestler died. Three hours later after the check cleared he found out that the wrestler dying wasn't from steroids so he decided to go back to doing nothing until another situation presented itself. This isn't true but doesn't it seem like it could've/could happen?

Okay, let me say this, it's been said so many f***ing times. Benoit's gimmick, and Benoit the person, pretty much differents. I heard Benoit speak on his gimmick on the hard knocks VHS, sounded like a pretty nice guy. Insanity between work, steroids, and his child, and hell maybe his kid & wife did have food poisoning, that's what got the best of him.

and i'd love to blame this on benoit going crazy. i really would. like i said, he was my favorite for years. but theres so much evidece that he didnt. the bibles, the chokehold, the time between nancy and daniels deaths... its just hard to believe he simply lost it. he thought this out and knew what he was doing. it just really bothers me that no one will ever know why he did it. see, those are the exact reasons why I think he DID go crazy The facts point to both reasons It's only opinions that find the answers

People who f***ing lose it still have brains. Their brains aren't in the right spot, but they still have them. It's all pressure man. To much pressure on himself & his whole family.

I hate to say this, but everyone should cross their fingers for alot of Paris Hilton news so that this little shindig only stays in the wrestling world ya know? Most of it will be over by tomorrow, I'd imagine. There may be a little more when the tox reports hit, but I think today's mass news focus was the tip of the iceberg. Sadly, this thing will probably be f'ed with by the iwc roast & the talk show hoast for about a month or so before this grill is to chill.

take it all out. i'd much rather live with a handfull of wrestling matches i wont have to watch as opposed to sitting down to watch WM and have to watch benoit choke someone and know that he did that to a child in real life. you don't HAVE to watch those matches all WWE Pay Per Views & what not are now released only solely on DVD, therefore a skipping option will appear. It is now settled

Chances are, they will rework their schedule so that upcoming DVDs will only be ones they can work around having to use Benoit. I hope not. Those releases are far enough anyway that by then, the mainsteam media will have totally forgotten about all this. I hate to say this, but everyone should cross their fingers for alot of Paris Hilton news so that this little shindig only stays in the wrestling world ya know?

This reminds me of something else I was thinking today: The sour relationships WWE has with certain people in wrestling ... how much of that animosity might be forgotten because of the enormity of this situation? I'm talking guys like Hogan, Savage, Lesnar, etc. Is it possible that death and murder caused by one of their own could make certain people forget their beefs with each other and let bygones be bygones? How strong can those grudges really be in the face of tragedy on this scale? Bret Hart did some HUGE defense on WWE's part, so I'm thinking a tighter working relationship between the two in the near future may happen. Bret's been kinda tight with WWE since like August of 05. But that's besides the point, I was waiting for Bret to make a statement about this. I really feel sorry for what he's going through. You know he hasn't recovered yet from Owen dying proably & then to have this happen!
