Why DIDN'T Bischoff shoot? He's not still under contract, is he? I believe he is until the end of the year

PWInsider also reported it and mentioned that he was taking indy bookings already.

Here's the one reason why Smackdown is overlooked...tape delay. Simple as that. Also, they get time to edit the mistakes which can make it better, but there's nothing compared to live TV. I watched the Monday Night Wars DVD on the weekend and Bischoff said WCW had a study done that found that wrestling fans love LIVE tv. I think that's because if something big or something wrestlecraptacular happens...you're finding out as it happens.

According to wikipedia Marty Garner is the wrestler that botched the Pedigree because he was thinking Trips was doing another move. Can anyone confirm this or is this just more wiki-madness Wikipedia

Oh god people dont believe a thing you read from Melzter especially via Rajah.com lol Did you read the item? It's not backstage news that no one else would know. It's something that is being reported as being seen on television. That means his part can be confirmed by anyone who gets that channel.

Does this count as false advertisement? You mean Austin not appearing on camera for either show and WWE.com not following up on the story they broke? I was wondering what the deal is myself

He is the head trainer at OVW. He took over that spot from Al Snow, who left OVW to be on the road with ECW full time. I thought he replaced Greg Gagne as booker?

This movie isn't being made anytime soon. It was going to be the first WWE film, then the movie was put on the shelf, likely permanently.

Why couldn't they just go with "Doane"? Because they would own Dykstra is my guess. Kenny'd be able to call himself Doane if he went to TNA later in his career.

WrestlingObserver.com from like Saturday...
--Trish Stratus returned to pro wrestling last night, which was being filmed for an episode of the reality show "Armed and Famous." It was the free 1PW show last night in Muncie, IN:
Syndrome b Harley Steel Psycho Cop b Chip Heartbreaker Quicksilver b Kid Italy C.R. Rage b Jimmy Jay Saylors Pitbull Rodney Fultz won blindfold Battle Royal Pastor Pain b Rodney Fultz Atlas & A.C. Knight b Team RPM Mr. Smiley b Dr. Love in a casket match.
Stratus was an enforcer at ringside. She was originally going to referee the main event, but since she was working on duty as a member of the police department, she wasn't allowed to take off her gun belt. She did punch Love's manager, Justin Tyme, sending him into the casket.

Since Vince hates characters he didn't create, I'm sure he would have given Sting a new image. Perhaps......."JOHNNY SCORPIO" A man who is bitten by a radioactive scorpion (created by the polluted sea) gains extraordinary (well limited) wrestling abilities. Surfer by day.....and at night......A SUPERHERO!!!! Yeah! Just like the new character/gimmick he gave to that Goldberg guy. What was it again? oh yeah. They called him Goldberg and he looked and dressed the same as he did in WCW.

No pyro, no overlong skits, no titantron, just solid wrestling. What a novel concept! Don't forget JR and The King actually calling the action in the ring during each match. That also made the show feel unusual.

But Carlito's wasn't based on injuries that SD superstars received, was it? JBL is complaining that Long is giving the fans what they want...at the expense of SD superstars health. www.wwe.com/shows/smackdown/articles/3498178/jblonlongBut other than that. Yeah, they both wanted to get him fired.

Vince said in an interview with TSN's Off The Record that WWE doesn't do drug tests. I think the question that was asked was "do you test your wrestlers for performance enhancing drugs?" and he replied that he doesn't because they are entertainers.
