With Matt Hardy in his last match before his injury, on Smackdown! around May or April. When I at warped tour I asked kennedy and he regarded this match as his favorite! Cool, it really was a very good match, went on for like 20 minutes.

You can tell a guy's it a rut when he starts using the Complete Shot as a finisher.

Maybe I'm weird, but I still like the guy.
He's not as good as he once was, for whatever reason, but he's still not horrible.

Nah, I still like the guy too, but he's definitely been in a rut ring wise. I'd say that match against Jeff Hardy / maybe the match Cena got hurt were his last really good efforts-- his last great one was against Batista in the Rumble, that match was really enjoyable based almost solely on his efforts. Hopefully he'll get back on par. And despite the hate, I think the dude does great promo work most of the time. I know people go all LOLZ HE JUST SAYS HIS NAME TWICE; but I think he's shown he's capable of much more. I recently watched his match v. Taker at last year's No Mercy, and the video package prematch showed an excellent promo about how he wasn't scared of ol UT. But the whole two name gimmick is too easy for people to go ' that's all he does'.
I like him though. Not as much as someone I know, but quite a bit.

Something I've noticed though is his promos of late are almost entirely serious now. He used to spice it up with some good humor and sarcasm and lately it has just been Mr. INTENSITY! It's kind of like with Angle, it's still good and all, but you kind of wish he'd go back to being a bit more of a goof. Oh, and to add to the actual thread he had a wonderful match with Jeff Hardy not too long ago. Perhaps the night after Jericho's debut...can't remember off the top of my head but it wasn't more than 3-4 weeks ago I believe.

I'm trying to remember the last time he wore pants.
Seriously, the guy looks like he's free-balling it all the time.

I'm still wondering why they even gave him a run with the US title. The prematurely took it away from Finlay when he was in a good role as one of Booker's knights and it made the faction look stronger with 2 of the 3 as title holders.
Kennedy did jack & crap with it. The only time I recall him defending it was when he lost it to Benoit.

My only problem with him is his finishes. Aside from the Green Bay Plunge, ALL of his finishes (I'm talking about the finishes to his matches, not just the actual finishers) have looked insanely weak. It makes his opponent look terrible too. I have the same problem with Rey Mysterio. There's just no impact or intensity.

his match with batista at the Royal Rumble honestly. he was okay in the MITB, but the show stealer was Jeff.

i havent had a problem with Kennedy whatsoever, but i am also as biased as David Crockett about some things. as the Future Mrs. Kennedy....Kennedy (sorry $lim, u can be the next Mr. Sarah Evans) i think his best work so far has been with Taker. I loved his stuff leading up to NM last year-the bloody mic was the best. i think everyone should own that dvd, btw. there is a very cute girl in red, in the front row .
he is more than just the guy that says his name 2X. he is the future of the sport. and i am ok with that.
and if he doesn't wanna wear pants, thats ok too, although he knows how to work a suit, and jeans, and dress shirt....
damn, is it time for iMPACT yet, i need a moment
