Is this a category for any year-end awards-giving body? If not, I think we should start it up here. I'm not going to Lord over this thread because it's finals week, but I just wanted to see if we could attain some sort of consensus on this.
Nominate a promo you feel deserves recognition, starting from the first of January up to now. It can be an exchange between two or three people, but four or more people makes it a segment. So try to keep things limited.
(By the way, when do the year-end lists/awards start getting released from, say, the Observer, here, and the like?)

Jericho's return promo had me in stitches. Anything talking about Orton's robotic voice or boring personality is A-Ok in my book.

Any Santino Marella promo. MVP has been really solid this year too imo, he plays his role to perfection.

As much crap as people give his promo skills, I loved John Morrison's promo on Punk, Miz and Big Daddy V back in August.

Anything by Edge or Jericho; either of them could come out, read the phone book and make it interesting.

If it involves Marella or MVP, it's a damn good candidate.
And although it wasn't my favorite promo, I loved the one near Wrestlemania when Melina shot on the untalented women in WWE. It got her some boos, but even in kayfabe land, Candice couldn't even come up with a decent response. That was mark-out material right there.

WWE Dating Game, bar none. I second this. Everybody in involved had good lines. It spread the wealth. Plus I mark for "This man hates puppies"

I don't know if it's the best or anything, but I liked the Flair worked shoot on Carlito.
