Well he did name his finishing move pedigree... and we all know how that is a jab at the insider fans. Wha? They named it that when he was playing the blueblood character. That's what it meant. No its because of his dog food obsession. That was the gimmick reason to honor his favorite dog food company. He finds Pedigree brand dog food the tastiest.

I think it's funny. I loved it on that RAW a month or two back when HBK pulled the shows run sheed out of his boots and DX told Hornswoggle that he wasn't on until later.

I find it interesting that Shawn Michaels, and especially Triple H are the only ones allowed to do this kind of thing. Just considering the whole MSG Incident and all. They were some of the first guys to ever do this kind of thing and they got in big trouble for it.

Around the time of Mick Foley's first book being published, I'm sure the term "pop" was thrown in on more than one occasion.
It's all just some harmless fun really, in my opinion. There's a lot worse, you could do a Scott Hall and announce on the mike someone's cue to run in.

JR is far better at it than HHH Eating dog food? no, outing homosexual wrestlers ... jr's blog is heavily influenced by perez hilton hhh's attempt backfired when on a 1998 episode of RAW he said 'i'm bi a lot of things, but bilingual isn't one of them'

The OP reminded me about what he said on that show. He said something like "What am I doing? I'm waiting for that pop to die down" - it seems an unnecessary thing to say as at that point the crowd were hardly going wild for him, the ovation had died down.

I think it's funny as long as it's tongue-in-cheek comments here and there.
