Saying things like "pop" and I'll see you at home Steph (when they broke up kayfabe wise) talking about Katie Vick, saying the fans are smart, telling us that they taped the Raw.
What do you think? I really don't know what to think of it. I think it's sorta funny.

i think the funniest part is that hes giving the smarks and iwc something to laugh at considering most of them heavily talked smack about him for years but other than that i think its funny and harmless, its not like anybody whos going to get those jokes still believes its real anyway

Let's face it. Steph+HHH was the worse kept wrestling secret, so there was no harm breaking the kayfab there. Mostly I think it's actually a bit of an act for the benefit of the senate/public, to reiterate that wrestling is FAKE and people shouldn't be taking it so seriously

See I like these little things, almost like a "breaking of the fourth wall" type of deal. He doesn't break it, just hints that it's there. It's almost tongue in cheek as an acknowledgement that yes, kayfabe still exists.

A bit of "metatheater" here and there is good for a pop, especially if it's HHH/Steph related. After all they did run a long angle about Triple H marrying Stephanie, so even if it has been downplayed a lot, the storyline still stands in a way.
I have more issues with references to the scriptness of the show. I think it's not really necessary, it doesn't add a thing to the product and in the long run it'd do more harm than good.
Romeo doesn't usually smirk "on camera" saying "hmm, I wish I could use vodka instead of tea" before drinking the "posion". Juliet doesn't chime in "wow, this dagger is quite sharp for being a plastic one" before stabbing herself to death... Sure the audience know nobody's actually gonna die, but keeping it fictionally real is an important part of the show anyway.
Moreso in wrestling, where the "competitive" part is still portrayed as "legit" for the outcome of the matches. Or anyway it's functional to the show letting/having the people believe so.

We'll be fine as long as Triple H doesn't decide to suddenly go against the "script" during a match.

Well he did name his finishing move pedigree... and we all know how that is a jab at the insider fans.

I don't have much problem with it. He better not use words like "heel" and "babyface" though, or his buddy Ric Flair is really gonna have some issues with him.

I have no problem with a jab here and there. But, how they did it at the end of WCW was just too much. Agreed, there's nothing wrong with a few jabs in a promo on rare occasions just for fun. They simply shouldn't be used as part of storylines regularly.
