So what parts of the body are most likely prone to injury?

Your nose, if you're a boxer.
How about being a bit more specific?

Falling on a boner would probably be a cause for serious injury.

I've always thought it was the back and neck that's most likely. Particularly if you wrestle Kurt Angle and end up taking 300 German suplexes a night.

Id say the knees and the neck....How many knee injuries do you always hear about in wrestling...TONS...
Look at how many guys have knee braces.
And look at how many guys have broken their necks over the years....Austin, Edge, Arn Anderson, Rhino, Angle, Helms, Lita, Buff Bagwell, Sabu, Benoit, Hardcore Holly, Chase Stevens, Droz, Hayabusa, and countless others.
Also, concussions are also very common.

In my athletic career, my knees and shoulder were always screwed up. But the shoulder was solely from baseball. Knees seem to be the most common industry.

Neck injuries I would imagine are the worse. Especially if you have to wear one of them halo things. That's got to be a bummer.
