I haven't made it a point to tune in to Impact on a weekly basis. Am I missing out on anything? If so, what are some things that I should watch for?
Oh, and hi. Hello. I'm the new guy from N'Awlins ...

If you had asked this time last year I could have given you tons of reasons.
Right now I'm not so sure whats worth watching on Impact.

What you are missing is Eric Young's dignity going down the drain........I forever hate whoever decided that Young should be turned into a die hard Pacman Jones fan........

Insomnia Blood Pressure is low Karen Angle is hot. Wow. I have chronic insomnia and my blood pressure is, in fact, low -- no kidding. I dunno about Karen Angle, though. Something about wrestlers' actual wives on the show is kinda weird.

1.) If you want to watch a full on train wreck happen. With blood and gore and everything. 2.) ? 3.) If you want to watch what you can watch better on WWE programming.

1.) You enjoy gimmick matches with 3 minutes build (the time of the commercial break) 2.) You feel #1 Contenders Matches are passe (Monty Brown, Chris Daniels, Monty Brown, Abyss, Monty Brown...) 3.) You have an urge to see Jeremy Borash be accused of looking at Kurt Angle's package.

Eric Young was never really a serious wrestler... or a good one for that matter. But, no matter how sad anyone may think it is, he was one of the most over people in the company 12 months ago.

1) It will get better. They have been in the crapper before (see Rhodes, Dusty) and have bounced back alright.
2) Christian Coalition.
3) Unlike the WWE anymore, TNA doesn't always suck out loud. Sometimes they suck softly... you know... like they're humming to themselves.

I'll...try to be serious. I cannot condone last Thursday's Impact, though.
1. It has as much wrestling as a WWE program. Two matches of decent length in one hour (WWE has what is usually two decent length matches and two squashes/jokes).
2. A very solid roster. They might not know what to do with them all the time, but it's there.
3. The best tag division on mainstream wrestling right now.
If you asked me for my personal reason for still watching, I'd honestly just tell you I think both WWE and TNA are in the shitter right now, but I enjoy TNA's actual in-ring wrestling more than WWE's.

I think there's only one real reason to watch now. And that is schadenfreude.
